Thanks for your reply..

I dont have salary slips but can get the salary document from the employer my income was less than 1.5 lacs yearly hence i wasnt liable to pay tax.. could you please suggest any other supporting document.? I have a offer letter which states my salary would be paid on cash .

Payslip is not a must as this is a secondary evidence.
If you can get the following, you are okay
Primary evidence(Compulsory)
Reference letter
Secondary evidence include any of the following(Optional)
Offer letter/Contract letter/Employment letter
Confirmation of appointment letter
Leave letter
Promotional letter
Any other documents that can prove your employment with
your organisation.

ONLY EXPERTS AND SENIORS Please ADVISE... Seniors Advise please URGENT:

My Application is going to be opened by CIC folks soon. I am August Applicant..

1. I am unmarried and have listed my parents as my Dependants in the Form. Will there be any problem because of this.?

2. I didn't had Birth Cerificate as such and have given my PAN CARD, Passport Copy, Xth Certificate (Having 'My Name', my 'Father - Mother FULL Name', and my DOB) . Will that be fine to be considered as BC.? I wasn;t aware otherwise I could have also attached an affidavit declaring the same.

Pls can someone from experts throw some light into this..... Need urgent help!!!

By reference letter you mean the work experience letter which states how many hours worked , duties and salary and reference from employer right?

I have submitted that one

I have a offer letter which states almost everything same whats on my experience letter so do you advice to send that to CIC? my file was recieved on 14/10

Thanks for your reply :)

The work experience letter is enough and that is totally acceptable by CIC.
Don't send your offer letter at this stage again.
Good luck

@ managersonline

Last year when there were lot of doubts abt opening of FSW 2014, I contacted one such reputable law firm. I am 90% sure that it was same FWCanada, they advised me to immigrate to Quebec. Keep in mind that every 180 days ur next installment become payable (through whichever earlier clause). I was little surprised because I know nothing about French and I have clearly stated in info provided to the lawyers firm. Then I called them, his India associate talked to me and explained “Sorry, without significant knowledge of French, u won't be granted immigration.

P.S: An average “law firm” charges more than CAD 5,000 and good ones asks for $ 8,000 plus. Usually, these cheap law firms engage internees to do all of the paper work on ur behalf, yes they will take ur case to court if required (not sure I for same amount or additional fee) but u can hire any top lawyer for $ 350 an hour. Weigh the probability of mistake by CIC..... I woul say 1 in 1,000 or less

Dear All Experts,

In my last post, I have mentioned one law firm FWCanada, which is purely consisted of "genuine Canadian national" lawyers, not Pakistani or Indian consultant; and the law firm is registered and approved by Canadian bar association. I have read some stories of applicants who are disssatisfied with the services rendered by immigration consultants but most of those consultants are mostly Indian or Pakistani consultant.

.....................
I am hundred percent confident that I shall get following points:-
IELTS = 18-Points

Sorry for my lengthy post, but really it is an extremely important decision which I have to make; whether to go through this law firm FWCAnada? OR proceed on my own?

Best regards,
George
