Congrat and good luck, but if CIC calculates your points to be less than 67, your money won't be refunded at all.

Dear Seniors and Expert members,

Could someone please help me with my query .?

I have applied in NOC 4151..
Worked as a behavioural therapist for 4 years out of which 2 years was full time.. my employer issued me a offer letter when i started as a full time employee but i was paid in Cash ..i didnt have pay slips to put in my file when i send it .. i do have offer letter/contract to send as a proof but was skeptical and i think i made a mistake by not sending it .. i have send a proper experience letter with business cards attached mine and my employers .. and experience letter has everything mentioned in it including my duties salary i was paid and number of hours i worked.. my employer has given me a good reference in it and also its on the clinics letter head..

my question is .., Do i need to send the offer letter to CIO.? and how do i send it? do they accept work experiences which were paid on cash?

Please help.. Feeling nervous ..:(

Thanks in advance

You shouldn't need to send anything to the VO as the panel physician (PP) will submit your medical results directly. If you are submitting other documents requested, you could include a note to say when the medical was/will be done and just note that the PP will submit results when complete.
that makes sense. i will send PCC first then have medical exam later.

Hold tight. If you get the PER, the VO will most likely ask for it. Until then, unlikely you can do anything..
My opinion only, of course.

Rick

Runningrace is right in mentioning that DD is the safest mode.

But CC, even if kept in safe is dangerous.

Just today I got an SMS from my CC bank that as Per RBI mandate, they would be changing one of my CC with Chip enabled card. These replacements are happening now for the last year or so and will continue till all issued cards are not changed.

So thankful that I had paid via DD mode. So won't affect me.

Very true,

But look at the pattern. DD encashment pending since a long time (last: July 8th) and CC charging going on at a rapid pace (July 15, probably, beyond that, I think someone posted July 28 also). Test of patience for DD applicants ::)

Thanks for the reply Rick..! Do you think i should send it as any left out document with a cover letter? Just in case i dont want this thing to cause any hurdle after getting PER!

It was off this forum, an acquaintance's file got returned. On this forum if 6th August got returned, that further means it took a month or less to be received.. meaning a month on top of 6th & 13th August signifies the c-check is way beyond last week of august as we speak, or perhaps august is done with.

Ow! Thats great news! 6th Aug return was internally in Canada. Hence was of the opinion that they are now working with 2nd or 3 rd week apps. Your known person got it back to London?

Why won't he get refunded? As far as i know, the charged initial fee (CAD 550 per head) will still be refunded upon NER, its only then when file transferred to local VO and found short of points/documents and his file gets into rejection then he will not be refunded.

Sorry to say bt I calculate total points as above. Seems either you have missed something to mention or I am calculating wrongly.
