Hi All,

My name is Gourav Singhal and Passport No. F7653847 from New Delhi, India....I am writing to you with concern to my application sent for PR visa under Federal Skilled Worker Category {NOC- 1112 And 0015}, which got delivered on 18th of JUNE '2014 at 13.58 and received by Mr. Mike.....however my DD is still outstanding and no Email received ....and i am getting worried now that should i start preparing to file a fresh new application or wait for more time?

Can someone suggest how to track the status of my application as if it has been reviewed and sent back by normal mail service and it takes two months to reach and I will loose the time to resubmit the application.

Need Help,....Please advise ASAP.

Any NDVO May 8th applicant and received PER before 19-Aug still waiting for MR?

Hey Rambo,

Really, its getting unpredictable day by day. I noticed from SS that there are huge number of applicants from 1-10 May who have their second line updated since more than one month back and didn't receive the medicals till now.

On the other side, several applicants are getting MRs without the second line update or immediately after getting the second line update.

Hot NOCs priority could be one of the reasons but that rule too doesn't apply 100% and therefore doesn't justify the situation.

It's just wait n watch game I would say.

Probably these applications, including mine, have gone to background verification dept. As it seems that none of these members got any verification calls yet so not sure how much more time it will take. I am planning to order gcms notes this month.

Hi Gourav,

Please remove the passport number from the forum and do not share unless requested by authorized personnel. Have you dropped any mail to CIC about this, they normally reply in 4-6 weeks regarding the status of your application.

It is "ECA"- Education Credential Assessment (this is mandatory for applying FSW program)

Ecas and Eca are different.

Ecas - electronic client application status
Eca - educational credential assessment.

By the grace of God, today (Friday Oct 31, 2014) I got back my Passport with Visa and COPR!! My app was filed May 21, 2014 so it is now exactly 5 months and 10 days since my app was received and one month since processing began. I am so excited, it's almost impossible to contain it.

I would like to thank everyone here on this forum for the support and valuable information imparted, especially in the initial months when not much was known or very clear. I can never repay you guys, but I will always help as many as I can, like the ones who helped me.

On my ECAS, it is still showing "In Process" with 3rd line , still no Decision Made, but I foresee ECAS will finally catch up on Saturday.

As seen your profile, the processing started/MR request was on the same date. Is this the case for every applicant or not? I have not received MR though the ECAS status showed me "Processing Started". Under what case the processing is started but no MR made by VO?
