Dear all,
Thanks for all the useful information.
I have received MR two days ago,I tried to process the payment by the online payment system. Unfortunately when i payed online for the first time ,a notification was shown by CIC that the system currently unavailable and try again later.So I tried after 30 minutes and was processed and I received receipt by e-mail.I checked with my Bank and I found that the transaction has been done twice ,knowing that I received the receipt only for the second payment.
Can you please advice what to do?

You need to report this matter to your bank. If the merchant has not received the payment the same will be reversed to your bank. Bank will help you get yoir money back it should not take more than 15 days max.

Its been just 4 days.
You'll have to wait around 90-100 days for PER.

I have received PER in first week of September. As of now, my application status is "In Process (with 2nd line indicating 'We have started processing your application on 21 October 2014'). My friend who applied at same time have received the MR about 3 weeks back.
+Could you please clarify why NDVO make MR directly after PER for some cases but for my case its still no any MR received?
+By, when can i expect MR?
+As per FSW 2014 sheet, PER to Processing average days is 45 (which proved valid for me also). But PER to MR is in average 48 days (ie. 3 days later after processing started). But, in my case its more than 10 days i have not received MR. Could anyone has this case and by when i can expect it?

"You can speculate nothing with surety.They are applicants with 2nd line from September waiting for MR.
According to them (NDVO) the processing times depend upon the case complexity. But i just dont understand this. What can be so complex to not follow the queue.So hopefully you'll get it soon but no-one knows.Best of luck"

1. Is NDVO trying to clear particularly hot NOC's at the present.
2. As submitted by someone earlier ..that 2nd line update comes whn the VO has cleared ur appl. & ur just due for getting MR !!!
3. any other points that u figured out while following the forum ..

I am new to this forum.. i send my file on 20 oct and it received on 27 oct 2014 ,.. now from where can i get the update of my file....

You need to wait for 90-120 days for getting update for your file, meantime after 90 days u may start checking for your payment confirmation from yur bank in case of DD and for CC your will receive message.....Best of Luck....

Hey Rambo,

Really, its getting unpredictable day by day. I noticed from SS that there are huge number of applicants from 1-10 May who have their second line updated since more than one month back and didn't receive the medicals till now.

On the other side, several applicants are getting MRs without the second line update or immediately after getting the second line update.

Hot NOCs priority could be one of the reasons but that rule too doesn't apply 100% and therefore doesn't justify the situation.

It's just wait n watch game I would say.

Following NDVO applicants of earlier than 10-May (from forum SS) already received PER and still waiting for MR (or even second line update in ECAS). I hope that these are active on the forum. Please come forward and share if you have any updates.

It's really wondering that NDVO issuing selective MRs of the later dates keeping these early applicants on hold.
