Just realised that I messed up in IMM5669 form for Spouse.
In education details, start date & end date for her masters is wrong. instead of from 2009-2012 I see 2003 -2012.

So education years are not matching.

Also i have been worried about my BC if ORIGINAL red stamped notarized translation with stamp on that stating "translation is true" will work or reject.( i added cover letter that norising offcial & affidavate sworn in authority is same so separate affidivate is not included but combined).

any thoughts what would you do if you were me ?

what would be ideal gap for sending second application to avoid risk of charging both application fees ?
for 1st appliication I am expecting update by january end but do not want to wait till then becuase of risk of FSW closing by then due to EE(possiblity of with new ministy announcement). I sent it with DD.

do you think sending another application by Mid november would be safer so I can put bank request of stop payment in case 1st application successfuly get charged?

Well if you calculate your total point is 67. You must apply. Be sure that you calculated properly and also the NOC in which you want to apply is not hot NOC.
If everything is fine i.e. you have IELTS and ECAS etc you should apply ASAP with all required documents

Yes, I totally agree with you. 2015 will be a transitional period between the current and the new systems, both of which are likely to be carried on simultaneously between January and April 2015.

"This first year of Express Entry will be a transition year for economic immigration: while new applications under the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Federal Skilled Trades Program, Canadian Experience Class (CEC) and a portion of the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) will be managed in Express Entry, most admissions in 2015 will be of applicants who applied under the previous system. Increasing admission levels creates the conditions for the success of the new system in 2015 by providing enough space to accommodate pre-Express Entry cases while providing flexibility to admit higher volumes under Express Entry as soon as possible". for non applicable forms, shall i print them with a not applicable or just skip them? i am not married and i have no kids

skip those forms which are not related... I.e single person .no need spouse details or de facto form. No need agent form who is doing their own application process..etc

In FSW, once you get PR, you are free to do as you please. Apply under any NOC for which you qualify, then pursue the job you want in Canada, even if it's not in the same NOC. Good luck.

My only apprehension is if I say that my intended occupation is 2171 (even though its is actually 1112), won't it raise eyebrows or in a way, make my application weaker? I worked in 2171 from 2008-2011, then MBA & then in 1112 from 2013. Saying that intended application is 2171 will mean saying that I want to go to my pre-MBA job role. Am I complicating it more than it actually is?
