I have not put any separators between logically separate docs as you mentioned to differentiate. CIC has clearly mentioned not to staple or pin-up documents. I have left it at the discretion of the officer to differentiate and as they will go through the pages, it will be self evident what doc it is, since all of it is in English and I believe that will make sense. Moreover, I believe the reason behind not putting clips is to allow the officers to easily scan the whole bunch of papers in one go and then they can easily refer the digitised document as they wish to. This is just the way I thought, since I have seen some Document Management company do it.
