I need your thoughts on number of days it take to get the application back in hand from date of mail by CIO....

in the visa office requested for immigration - should i fill in New Delhi or New Delhi Visa office ? ----------YES

The bank statement for funds - should it mention equivalent CAD as well ?? --------Better to provide..........

Do I need to send old passport copies with the package ?---------Nope

Generic Form -

in current mailing address section - there is no place for locality/area , where do i mention that ? ------Please elaborate more

in education section i should mention education starting only from my secondary - i dont need to mention primary education ??---------Yes u need to mention the yrs from Primary.

In address section , do i need to mention the address where i stayed on trips ?---------Not required

Does my reference letter need to mention my salary in CAD as well ?---------Not required

Ah, sigh of relief. I'm 8th May applicant (LVO), received PER on 11th Aug. Checked ECAS today & found 2nd line was added.

2. We started processing your application on ....

But no email since PER. As it has already been told by other forumites, LVO is pretty random & no news is good news .. I guess

Hi Guys,

I am new here. I have found this forum really helpful so far. I have just begun collecting my documents for FSW 2014.
I know I am late to the party!

Anyways, I will have all my documents ready by mid November (Including WES and experience letters), except for IELTS.
My test date is 6th Dec, 2014. I am hoping I get the result by 22 Dec or so.

My questions :

1) Can I send my application without IELTS -GT results and maybe attach it later?

2) I have appeared for IELTS - Academic ( Overall - 8, R-8, W-8, L-8, S-7.5) .Can I attach that while I wait for my IELTS - GT results?

3) Should I just wait it out and send my application under Express Entry?

4) Is sending my application around the last week of December futile? (I will be applying under 2173 or 2171 NOC)


Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Second line added on 8th October saying we started processing your application on 7th october . no MR,PCC yet. No Varification on job place as well.

I am really worried and getting panic attack. What should I do now? Anybody on same boat.

If u r asking for the yrs of education then its from the primary like ur primary is 5 yrs, Sec is 5 yrs , higher sec and undergrad is 6 then total is 16 yrs...

Hi Members,

I have received MR from NDVO today (exactly 49 days after I got PER from them). Updated SS!!!

I have few questions to be answered by members.

1. I have applied for PCC from Sweden this week and expecting it within two weeks from now, little worried about the processing time. If I didn't received it on time (with in 45 days) , can I explain it to NDVO and send it after I received?

2. I am going to have a kid next January, how to inform the change of family composition to NDVO?. Do i need to reply to the MR mail or should I have to used the link for CASE enquiry?

3. How about the Medical examination(X-ray). Will the doctor mention about it in the medical record and ignore it?

4. Recently I have got new passport (Renewal), Do I have to inform NDVO before hand or is it OK to send the updated passport copies while I send the MR and other docs?

5. RPRF. Can I pay online?. I have been given a link to pay it online by NDVO. is it OK to pay online?. or Shall I take DD?

Any of the following candidates available on the forum to respond?

1. how u know the date of receipt of medicals? I was in touch with the designated DMP & understood the date of uploading of mine & family medical reports. I got 3rd Line updated in ECAs within 1 week after submission. this date corresponds to date of receipt of medicals. in my case it was 24th October, 2014.
2. Have when u guys submitted all of the requirements asked by LVO? May i have date of receipt of last requirement? RPRF Fee DD, PCC, updated information chart & Pasport bio pages for my child as requested by case officer was sent through my consultant. I have no idea on date of receipt for the same
