By the Grace of God and with the help of the forum members I have received my Per Yesterday. Thank you everyone for your invaluable support and best wishes.

Noc: 0112 (Human Resources Manager)
App Filed: 3rd July
DD Charged: 21st Oct
Per: 30th Oct

Few things about my App:
1. Had sent affidavit as BC, with 10th Certificate as supporting doc. 10th certificate didn't have parents name
2. My duties were matching only 4 points instead of 9 points as specified in NOC list. But Noc 0112, has a broad list of duties mentioned on the hrsdc website, and a person in HR doing 80% of those is very difficult. I was worried about this, but God was kind to us and we got through.
3. POF included FD's which were 1 month old, Mutual fund statements and Employee PF.

Hope above info is helpful...and thank you once again for all the support

Congrats n +1

Vishal,

New PP always mentions the old PP number. So, it can be related to the old one. Your friend can apply with new PP and should submit both the passport copies along with his application. He may explain this point in the cover letter too.

By the way, what is MRP you are referring to ???

Regards

When I was on Gas 2 weeks ago...forum members advised to step down from it...Gas is expensive..Save the resources... :-)
Remain calm as multiple dates of July are being charged...so don't panic.

Congratulations and Thanks for the Information shared... Brings relief to the Fellow Members I suppose.

Oh how this forum and the members have moved on ... haven't been able to keep track of things lately bcause of work.

A hearty congratulations to all the landed to-be-canadians as well as those in passport/medical/PER stages.

An update on my app .. well there is none :(

I have not heard anything neither have I seen any updates in ECAS since my PER in August.
Honestly am a little worried at this point .. as I can see people from May 21 in LondonVO getting Medical Requests.

Quick question when should I expect to see any update on my ECAS ?

Hi Staind,

Really sorry buddy... Yours and mine is the exact same case, just the difference of dates: (This proves that it takes ~50 days for the package to reach your doorstop (in India) from Canada)

Date filed: 29-May
Date Returned: 25-Aug
Date package received: 15-Oct
NOC: 2174
Location: Delhi
Reason: Missing spouse BC

Regards,
LB7199

Hi Guys,
mine is the same case, have been busy with things not been on forum lately so updating my status so late.

Date filed: 26-May
Date Returned: 19-Aug
Date package received: 19-Oct
NOC: 1112
Location: Delhi
Reason: duties defined in the reference letter does not match NOC + Missing spouse BC

Even though i had submitted affidavit in lieu of BC for myself and spouse, they seem to have accepted my affidavit but not my spouse's.
Strange reasoning. I think they were almost done with accepting applications under the HOT NOCs by the end of may and start of jun and so starting giving lame reasons for rejection after that or just bad luck i guess.
Don't know, just so so disappointed i am, coz it was returned last year also due to cap and now again.
My reference letter had gone thru scrutiny and verifications through consultants also and they were quite confident that duties fell under the NOC.
What can i say................ bad luck for me

I'm on gas..eagerly waiting for Cc charge today (hopefully)..a 16th July applicant..anyone else with me?

Congratulation brother. I am happy to hear good news of you. ;D ;D ;D +1

Dear all
Am I into trouble ?
I have heard one of the reasons of rejection is numerous number of duties in reference letter
is that true?
in each letter there are around 11 duties ( during 4 years )...is that a reason to reject me?
