With God's Grace and good wishes of forum members , Payment got charged from my Citi bank Credit Card Just now @ 5.20 pm(IST). I was expecting this charge any time since morning, I was very positive since morning, just 2 hours before, i was watching toronto's time, it was 6 am, i told my friends that person who will debit my card has woken up and i was imagining the scene also. half an hour before i told my friend that he is getting ready for office. but i was wrong, he reached office early today and debit my fees. . I am so happy, Ist Level Achieved.I will update SS after my post. Thanks all for keeping the the forum full of positivity. May God Bless all.

Sorry to hear that. Dint you send additional documents or you did but they did not add it to your main application.

I was under the impression that CIC does not encourage sending additional documents, it was only after I started spending time on the forum that I realized that people had successfully sent additional documents but by then it was too late. Thanks for the kind words.

Hi Members,

I have received MR from NDVO today (exactly 49 days after I got PER from them). Updated SS!!!

I have few questions to be answered by members.

1. I have applied for PCC from Sweden this week and expecting it within two weeks from now, little worried about the processing time. If I didn't received it on time (with in 45 days) , can I explain it to NDVO and send it after I received? Yes, you can ask NDVO for the extension if it's not received in the expected time. But I think you will definitely get it well before 45 days.

2. I am going to have a kid next January, how to inform the change of family composition to NDVO?. Do i need to reply to the MR mail or should I have to used the link for CASE enquiry? Please go through some of the previous pages (3-4 days back) as one of the members explained this process

3. How about the Medical examination(X-ray). Will the doctor mention about it in the medical record and ignore it? I don't have any idea. Sorry

4. Recently I have got new passport (Renewal), Do I have to inform NDVO before hand or is it OK to send the updated passport copies while I send the MR and other docs? Send the new PP copies along with MR proof and fee payment together

5. RPRF. Can I pay online?. I have been given a link to pay it online by NDVO. is it OK to pay online?. or Shall I take DD? To be 100% sure, DD would be better as lot of members got confused recently on this issue.

Really sorry buddy... Yours and mine is the exact same case, just the difference of dates: (This proves that it takes ~50 days for the package to reach your doorstop (in India) from Canada)

There are still many May-June applications at CIO pending and they have started charging July applications. Why is it so? Is there any reason for it? I am an October applicant and having my figures crossed.

I think u need not to worry, LVO is processing quite randomly..... as of now only 3 guys (all after ur app date) of ur NOC have received Medical, while following apps till 9th may are still waiting.

S7 --> 8 May
Iby2147 --> 9 May
mada1985 --> 8 May
Cardsman --> 7 May
zakkhan --> 6 May

All the best for ur app. Insha Allah u will soon get MR request.

These are definitely very far from 7-9 May apps which I expected to be processed first.

Also since you are here ... I have noticed that they add a 2nd line to ECAS "We have started processing your application on... xxxxx" about 5 days before the MR. Is this true? I am assuming before this they are conducting background assessments etc. your feedback pls.

You can wait for your file to be transferred to your local VO. And then you can get in touch with the VO and get your name corrected.
