Guys my application returned stating that there is no proof of DOB for my spouse

I have added her Passport and Matric certificate...What i was missing ..

I am from NOC 2171....Can i send package again with the required document..if yes, do i need to send letter as well which is stating the reason.

Did you send her matric certificate along with the main application before or you will be sending it now with your resending application. Don't forget to add an affidavit from her parents side explaining the reason of non availability of birth certificate and hence to consider her 10th certificate as proof of birth. Please note that her cert should have her full name, DOB and at least one parent name. Passport copy will not work for Birth proof.

13th June - Applicant

13th June Applicant?

Dude, you confused us here...

If You've received your PER on 13th June, then check my previous reply...

If you applied for PER on 13th June, then the day your application reached + 100 days is the approximate time taken.

Write them an email, and ask...

13th June - Applicant

Its clear now. If you are a 13th June applicant, MR would not come before December beginning as NDVO is sending MRs on selective basis. Recently, a 30th May applicant received MR in this week only.

All the best !!

IS NDVO CHECKING MY PATIENCE :'( :'(???
HAVE NO MORE PATIENCE ....its SUFFOCATING.... :'( :'( :-\

Hi All,

I am a little confused regarding the PCC discussions that it is valid for 3 months if sent along with the application.. I have sent my PCC along with the application in July(Got the Pcc made in June). Will I also have to make it again when asked along with the MR/RPRF? Kindly advise.

Hi Seniors,

My current job falls under NOC code 1112 where I have a little over 1 year of experience. My earlier job falls under NOC 2171 where I have 3 years of experience. I would want to continue working under 1112 but the applications under that code are almost capped out. What are the implications of applying under 2171 in this case? Will I be able to apply for 1112 jobs after becoming PR? Will my PR card say that I got in through 2171 and not 1112? Will my application be less strong if I apply under an NOC which is not my current job? If there are no such adverse implications and I go ahead with applying under 2171, do I say that my intended occupation is 1112 or 2171 in my Generic application form? Please help!
