Hi to all,

*Are credit card debts considered part of the liabilities? Or are liabilities personal loans?
*Should my liabilities be included as spouse of principal applicant?
*What are fixed deposits? Are salaries considered fixed deposits?
*Are short term loans (loans that are going to be finalized mid next year considered liabilities?
*Should those loans reflect what he still have pending to pay or the total amount the bank gave has on the loan?

With only my husbands liabilities our financial history looks like this:

Assets: 22,0000
Liabilities: 6500
POF: 22,000 (bank certificate)

*Should we write a cover explaining that those liabilities are until mid next year and what they are? and explain that the POF are not going to be used for payment of those liabilities?

Thanks!!!

Understand your point and accept it should not happen. "Indian people will not be..." just for your info, there are more Urdu literate people in India than in any country of the world :)
Unfortunately I am not one of them.

BTW there are many Indians who can not read Hindi..

So English should be used and being a Canada forum even French should be made an option.

Hello
First of all Mabruk and getting Medical/RPRF and PP req

RPRF fee receipt, scan and email , also send the original via courier, do the same for information chart and passport pages
Medical results will be automatically sent by the doctor, either online or mail/courier, depends on the facility, these days all the medical centers are e centers...so it will be done in 2 days - 1 week after your medical exam

All the Best

Hello Guys
I applied this year under NOC 2171 on 5th-May, and got PER on 12th June (just a single applicant based in UAE, originally palestinian female).
Yesterday i got letter from London visa office to send them the following:
- Right of Permanent Residence Fee for CAD $490
- Medical examination results
- Information chart. Please see the attached document.
- Passport copies (bio-pages).

I paid RPRF online and got the receipt. my queries are:
1. How to send the visa office the RPRF receipt? through mail or email?
2. How do i send the medical results? i already booked appointment with local doctor
3. How do i send the information chart and the passport copies? (mail or email)? (note: info chart is just a word document to specify some details about the applicant like height, eye color...etc)
also, they asked to send these documents within 30 days, although in the medical form they mentioned it should comepleted within 60 days... i am confused? please guys i need some help here

The above reads: "Indian people will not be able to read this", and it is meant to be a kind reminder to our nice Indian fellows who sometimes type in Hindi in this forum. You are not the only multilingual people in this forum. So, let's strictly stick to using English :)

And by the way, thanks for the great contribution you do in this forum. You have helped me a lot. I wish I could speak Hindi :)

But... many Indian people can read this... and number of those can very well be more than the population of Egypt...

Just having fun... point noted..... :)

Seniors and members,

1) Is it necessary to provide all proofs of funds matching your claimed amount to the CIC with initial application?

2) Can an applicant update the POF during the course of application and if so when - before or after PER or CC?

3) If CIC or VO do decides not to account for some POF in the minimum limit, do they ask applicant to submit some more POF or justify the ones previously submitted ? If yes, then at what stage.

Yes most definitely

No u cant until the VO asks for
3) If CIC or VO do decides not to account for some POF in the minimum limit, do they ask applicant to submit some more POF or justify the ones previously submitted ? If yes, then at what stage.
VO can ask for justification or updated status of POF

Sorry dude, you missed the point. But French is a big no. I am sure not even 10% of the guys on this forum would know it.
