Dont waste money...USE MAGIC JACK android application. through that u can call any landline or mobile in CANADA AND USA. Hope Many of us may aware about that.

Seniors, please let me know any more advices for the below questions...

My Application (For NOC 2173) got rejected as I didn't submit my wife Birth Certificate and now I am planning to submit my 2nd application for other NOC since 2173 cap might be reached soon.

Looking for the assistance from seniors..

- Is there any issue if I submit my 2nd application in other NOC?
- Is CIC stores the information of my previous (1st) application?

I have a situation.

In the self declaration form I made a mistake.

1) I was denied US visa a student and a Tourist visa.
2) I applied under Quebec immigration and got a file no but I could not cope up with French hence left it there.
I was asked additional documents this sept and I did not submit as I already submitted fsw.

I happened to check NO on the form, I know it's a blunder. Will that impact per?How do I inform these folks?

Hi , even i called CIC yesterday . They have provided me with Application number and UCI .

But my DD Is Still not encashed .I am 4 th july applicant .Kindly advice what would be he stage of my file and what are the chances of PER

Can you tell me the steps you followed in your call because when i called they simply refused to provide me with any detail whatsoever. They said they are not authorised to do so!

well i am in same boat as you are. all i have is fedex proof of delivery but even that doesn't have any person's signature since i guess it was given to guard to put in box...

And yes, 3rd line is "Medical received"

I don't think #2 is a problem. However if you failed to declare your US student and tourist visa refusals - that's misrepresentation. As soon as your have PER and have a file number, you need to mail in an updated form where you declare these refusals and include a covering letter explaining that you answered incorrectly.

I just wanted to know if there is any validity date on the DD, since my DD was obtained in the end of July, its now more than 3 months. When I enquired the bank's branch, they are not clear on whether the Forex DD validity is 3 months or 6 months.

Request the forum members to clarify the validity of the forex DD.

International DDs are valid for 6 months. Do you see a expiry date on the DD that you sent?

Hello Friends,

Does it is necessary to get the Visiting Card of the Manager or Senior Manager of the Company along with the Reference letter of them on a plain Paper?

The Problem just came in, when my manager and senior manager refused to give the Visiting card of the old company which he left and also closed.
Actually My Second company is closed and my senior manager says that he can provide the reference letter on a plain paper but he will not give the visiting card as he left the company and also the company is closed.
He says his visiting card is lose its validity the moment He left the company.

So, Does only Reference letter without Visiting Card will be acceptable for jobs and duties by CIC or not. Really this reference letter is headache. every thing is truth still we have to show the Truth.

Please suggest friends.. this is very important as i already late in applying and now i am feeling as i am losing points also because of this reference letter issue.

Get your manager to write that the company is now closed and he is attaching his current business card. Otherwise, in general visiting card isn't required. As long as you have ref letter with all the details and your manager's contact details on it, and you provide contracts, pay stubs and other related documentation you should be fine.

I wrote here yesterday about receiving AOR from Paris office instead of Ankara but it seems that most of files from Ankara VO are redirected to Paris VO. I already sent Paris VO a message asking about this matter! I hope it rises no problem!
