Hey Goku, So, where should someone send amended documents after they get the PER? To the email address of the appropriate Visa Office or to CIC?

My guess would be to send them at the email address of the appropriate VO, please confirm.

Yes that can affect her application. Wait for PER and then send amended form along with a cover letter.

Once you receive PER file is transferred to Local VO. So amended form should be sent to Local VO.
I would suggest to email and mail those amended forms, and also mention in email that original has been mailed to you, incase if they require originals.

From what other's have shared in he past, CIC is a Autonomous Government unit and not a corporate company. Therefore, they don't need a secure pin to complete your transaction.

I'll let other seniors weigh in on this too.

The Credit Card is from Citibank in India and it is a CHIP enabled credit card with options configured for OTP and IPIN.

There is nothing special involved here. The only details I provided in the Fee Payment form were the following:

- CC Number
- CVV Number
- Expiry Date (If I remember correctly)
- Authorizing Signature

For your further reference: CIC is exempted from VBV/OTP/PIN so there is no ground for any concerns here.

But my DD Is Still not encashed .I am 4 th july applicant .Kindly advice what would be he stage of my file and what are the chances of PER

PER wont be affected.

If CIC finds out that rejection is not declared they can ban her for entering Canada for 2 years on basis of misrepresentation.

My Application (For NOC 2173) got rejected as I didn't submit my wife Birth Certificate and now I am planning to submit my 2nd application for other NOC since 2173 cap might be reached soon.
Looking for the assistance from seniors..
- Is there any issue if I submit my 2nd application in other NOC?
- Is CIC stores the information of my previous (1st) application?

I have also not submitted BC for my wife but i have included only notarized 10th certificate.Would that be an issue.Could you please advise or I will send additional documents like Birth certificate affidavit.I am 24th Sept applicant.

Hi Vipin,

If you have written a cover letter stating that the 10th certificate could be used in lieu of BC and providing reasons for not including the BC..you are good to go. Plus the 10th certificate should have the following details:

1. Name of your spouse
2. DOB
3. Parent's Name (Fathers or Mothers)

My application was rejected even though I had an affidavit from my spouse's parents. They need some kind of an explanation if we are not including any of the documents as to why it is missing.

Since they've given you the UCI and Application Number, there's a good chance that everything is on track. Your bank just cannot properly track whether or not your DD has been charged. (happened in many cases).

Hello Seniors, need help in understanding my case,
Applied for NOC: 2173, App delivered on Sept-10th (as per DHL)
Issue: My complete name is not mentioned in my employment documents (doc says "S Ashok Chandra" in place of "Surineni Ashok Chandra Chowdary" also there is a one letter difference in my wife's BC ("i" instead of "y")

Could some one pls clarify if this would pose a problem? if in case I stand a change to fall with in the CAP
