As I was going through my boss's application, i noticed she did not declare in background declaration form question 6d that she had been denied both PR and UK visa.

would this affect her application?

Seniors, please let me know any more advices for the below questions...

My Application (For NOC 2173) got rejected as I didn't submit my wife Birth Certificate and now I am planning to submit my 2nd application for other NOC since 2173 cap might be reached soon.

Looking for the assistance from seniors..

- Is there any issue if I submit my 2nd application in other NOC?
- Is CIC stores the information of my previous (1st) application?

Sorry to hear about this... i think they did store information of ur previous application. While u were rejected u must have received a UCI no. for the file. This is unique file no and will remain with u forever whenever ur applying to canada (as visitor, study or any other visa)

And no one is sure because cap update was done 20 days back and no new updates for any NOC. So not sure if 2173 will be full if you reapply now.

Are u married? What about ur spouse applying if they have any NOC open?

what is your 3rd line? medicals results received? if so it only means that medicals were received.
in my case i got this line update 10 days after medical test and i had not even mailed my pcc or rprf to them.

Yes.

3 line means you have cleared Medicals. The one way to check whether your documents were added through your application is either by GCMS or by sending them a query.

I am a 16th May LVO applicant received PER on 5th Sep. I am also waiting for MR

By the way, LVO isn't doing too bad this year as many applicants from Ist week of May have got either MR or request for Updated documents and at least three people have received VISA as well from LVO, so lets keep our fingers crossed and quietly, wait for the good news.

PER wont be affected.

If CIC finds out that rejection is not declared they can ban her for entering Canada for 2 years on basis of misrepresentation.

Hello Friend,

I have also not submitted BC for my wife but i have included only notarized 10th certificate.Would that be an issue.Could you please advise or I will send additional documents like Birth certificate affidavit.I am 24th Sept applicant.
