What are the chances of July 2nd Applicant charged on 15th October getting PER today??

Hello Seniors, need help in understanding my case,
Applied for NOC: 2173, App delivered on Sept-10th (as per DHL)
Issue: My complete name is not mentioned in my employment documents (doc says "S Ashok Chandra" in place of "Surineni Ashok Chandra Chowdary" also there is a one letter difference in my wife's BC ("i" instead of "y")

Could some one pls clarify if this would pose a problem? if in case I stand a change to fall with in the CAP

I got MRR on 08 Oct
Medical did on 14th Oct
RPRF/PCC received at CIC on 25 Oct
3rd Line updated today (29 Oct)

can i assume that they have received my PCC/RPRF and Medical Ack from hospital, and after that they have updated my 3rd line?

UCI is no use at all until the fee is charged. I have a UCI as many other applicants do, but I can't access ECAS nor I can get information from CIC agent beacause there is no electronic entry in GCMS (global case management system). It is frustrating that we cannot have even a primitive communication upon lock-in date from CIO to set the mind at ease and track it's progress without SS but that is what Canada is like, the country is underpopulated, slow-paced and not willing to change. After you come here you will have to endure the wait game 99% percents of the time you deal with a public body. Road test, doctor's appointment, PR card, citizenship test, you name it. One time I had to wait almost two hours to get a passport photo taken at Walmart, because the computer was sooooooooo slow, and the guy was even slower. It was killing me to wait for such nonsense, but I looked at Canadians and they were bored, but pretty much ok. The photo costed 40$ by the way.

Yes.

3 line means you have cleared Medicals. The one way to check whether your documents were added through your application is either by GCMS or by sending them a query.

what is your 3rd line? medicals results received? if so it only means that medicals were received.
in my case i got this line update 10 days after medical test and i had not even mailed my pcc or rprf to them.

Why the hell are they not updating the CAP bros, by looking at the pace it reached 425 figure I was hoping NOC 2173 to be alive till end of December but now finger's crossed ??? Anyone who applied in Sept still having hopes? if yes pls do share some (hopes) with me
