Are the pages of form pages ( Like generic and back declaration) wider than the A4 standard one ? does it need to be modified to fit A4?

No those are A4 only, you can directly print them.

CIC is not updating caps for almost 20 days now!! What scares me is the worst case scenario, that we might find that the top 5 NOCs are capped by the next update.

Many people will be unhappy with the next update thats for sure.

Hey Dude!! Dont scare us man. I dont think anything like that would happen. My guess is that they are having some issue with their website or some upgrading going on. At the most 1112 might be nearing cap with the 2171 around 500. Now chill and be positive.

I am new to this forum and I was reading this for long time ago. I already sent my docs on 20 th September. I have doubt regarding the credit card payment. I have given my SBI Credit card for the payment and I saw some of the members had problem with their international credit limit. I was called SBI customer service regarding the same but they keep saying there is no international credit limit for SBI card. Is it true? Anybody used SBI credit card for their payments?

May be because it depends up on bank either they give you full limit or some amount for international transaction .In private bank they don't give you full limit for international transaction.So it is better you talk to SBI customer care for more detail to avoid any issue.

Did they really say no international credit limit. I have a suggestion for you.
Sell your assests in India then take a flight to Dubai with your sbi CC buy bullion's stack it in Swiss bank, come back to India and claim bankruptcy.Note: No banks give u unlimited credit

To answer to your question, no bank gives unlimited credit. What they meant was you say you have a limit of 2lakhs this amount can be used both internationally and nationally they do not have restrictions on that.

I am applying under the FSW, still waiting for my ECA report. I know the deadline is till the end of this year but does anyone have any idea what could be the last possible date to dispatch/courier the application and documents, so that the CIO can open and aknowledge the application?
Do i have a chance if i manage to send it by the end or November?
Please advice.

Average 100-120 days for CIC to respond with PER mail.

Ok so finally I got my UCI number from CIC call center. A BIG THANK YOU to all those who responded and helped me out, seriously God bless all of you.

What a relief!!! I explained the agent what I am going through at the hands of my consultant and after some questioning she said that although she is not allowed to disclose such information she is still doing me a favor.

Now the amazing part of the info is that my consultant had already received the PER on 22nd October and he only let me know when i called him up to ask about it yesterday!!!...Also yesterday he was willing to share the PER mail without the UCI number, but today he has refused to do that as well telling me that I don't need to see it...i don't know why he is doing this but i cannot trust him anymore with my application.

Now please advise me how can i get rid of him and get all mails directed to me only. A few of you guyz suggested sending a Case Specific Enquiry to the VO. I am planning to do that today but I'm worried it might take too long for them to get back to me.

I don't want the consultant to get his hands on my Medical Request, so something has to be done before that and I also don't want him to know about it until he realizes it for himself. So please I request you to advise me on the following

1 - Is there a way to call the designated Visa Office and talk to someone directly.... or is a Case Specific Enquiry my ONLY option.
2 - Has anyone of you sent a Case Specif Enquiry before? How long does it take for them to respond?
2 - Also if I ask them to correspond to my personal Email address will they inform my consultant about the changes? Or is there any way that he can find it out himself?
3 - Should I send the "Use of Representative Form" for cancellation of appointment with the Case Specifc Enquiry, or right now just ask them to direct their mails to my personal Email ID?? I am asking this because I am a bit scared that if he gets to know about the cancellation now, he might do something with my case in retaliation

I am sorry I might sound like a very pessimistic person right now, and I personally don't like thinking about people this way but I hope you all understand my situation. Nobody would like being cornered the way I am. I have spent sooo much time and money, I made sure that I hire an ICCRC registered consultant so I thought i was in good hands. Wasn't expecting all this drama.

Anyways looking forward to all your valuable responses

Dear

It is total One month procedure after receiving your request and within one month ECA report will reach your home.You can send your documents Till December but before 31st of December.so you can prepared all the document after receiving ECA report you send all documents immediately through fed ex courier.
