Ok dear I understand your anxiety but no one know how do they work. Still I can share my exp with u...

Till now I worked with three companies. My second company was closed due to some legal issues with Indian Govt. Now even if any VO wants to know about my second company they will find nothing at that address because everything is shut down.

From unoficial source I came to know that they check if the company is registered with government or not and from here they come to know if the docs are original or fake or any doubt.

fro your second question: I think they contact HR department of the company by Phone, mail or physical visit but it is very rare because in my case nothing happened. I double checked it.
So if yours are true to ur knowledge,,,,,JUST CHILL CHILL JUST CHILL

i will ask the same question like yesterday night hoping i can get similar case, in the Generic forum at last page there a consent to share infromation with the intended province for stay, its requested to write your first and last name, I'm not sure i wrote my name there, is it gonna to cause the rejection of the file, its not a signtaure just first and last name but i dont remember i worte or not, please advise me if you know similar cases, i signed the form ofcourse but this!!!!!

But i have not get PER mail till today.is it normal or it may be some rejection chances even after DD encashed?
Is 20 days normal waiting period after Payment?

i have found several queries regarding the end date of FSW 2014 before Express Entry 2015. I found the below write up, sharing this for your information. Though its a guess, but it is a guess from an immigration expert.

“Candidates for the current Federal Skilled Worker Program are now working against the clock on two fronts. On the one hand, a candidate has to prepare and submit a full application before this application cycle ends, which could be on December 31, 2014. On the other, he or she must keep an eye on the number of spaces remaining for his or her occupation,” says Attorney David Cohen.
