None of 2013 received visa.

As none received PPR after MR, we cannot estimate it. But generally, VO don't take more than 2 months after MR. The validity of visa depends on MR date. It is 1 year from MR date. So they can't keep it in pending status for long time.

I wish it would be happened for each applicant who got the MR request.

Actually, I am comparing it with Australian Immigration. One of friends applied to AUS and gave Medical in February of the year but still there is no response from Australian immigration office :-[ :-[

Hope this will not happen in Canada Immigration.

But it should be as they already told that the application will be processed as First come first serve.

Express Entry will start in about two months - January 1st.

Has anybody considered that the CIO is moving much slower - including no Cap Updates - because they are training to use the new Express Entry system?

I have contacted CIC and they told me that my application under processing and give me my UCI number as well what does it mean?
Does it mean my application get through application completeness and wait for last verification of point and NOC identifying

45 days or 30 , depending on the VO

Wait for 2 weeks and send copies of new passports along with cover letter and details of your application to your VO. Also inform them by email.

How do I send them the copy of the new passport? Is this via courier?

First of all its not landing fee. Its Rights for Permanent Fee.

If you received RPRF with email your received MR then they would have specified time before which it has to be paid. If you haven't received such request then wait for them to request it.

Hello Forumites, I'm in a fix and need some assistance from you guys.

I have applied under the NOC 2281 for which i have a total experience of 5 Years (In two different firms). Application received date is August 27.
While waiting for my PER to arrive, I've got a good opportunity with another MNC for a more or less different kind of role and the Joining date there is Jan 13, 2015.

New Job profile is the closest to the same NOC 2281 but the Job responsibilities are just not matching with the ones in hrsdc website.
Now my question is that if I join the new company with a profile which does not match 2281, would I still be clearing the Eligibility Criteria? Would there be any problems I might face. If yes, what are the best possible solutions to still make it through.

I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE SOME THINGS REGARDING MY APPLICATION FOR REFERENCE OF OTHER FORUM MEMBERS.

1. I HAVE SUBMITTED MY WIFE BC ISSUED BY INDIAN CONSULATE (DUBAI) AS HER BORN PLACE WAS SHARJAH (DUBAI) + 10TH CLASS CERTIFICATE-GUJARAT BOARD
2. I SUBMITTED AFFIDAVIT FROM MY SENIOR COLLEAGUE AS MY COMPANY DENIED TO PROVIDE ME REFERENCE LETTER AS PER CIC FORMAT. EVEN COMPANY DENIED TO PROVIDE ANY MAIL THAT THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING REF LTR DUE TO COMPANY POLICY. THEY HAD GIVEN ME CERTIFICATE MENTIONING MY JOINING DATE AND POSITION ONLY.

Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on May 1, 2014. However a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as a federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office.

Once the CC or DD is charged, how long does it take to see the first entry ( something similar your application is rcd) in the ECAS .
