If you change your organisation or become unemployed, in that case, VO need to be informed else not required.
I think internal promotions are important in case one's NOC is changed. That's just my assumption.

Listen, You ain't smart at all...
and Barking ? You understood because you do it... You see what you want to see...

and Dun worry, even if I drive a Cab there, (though i dun judge professions like you just did Mr. Moron), it would be better than cleaning toilets, which you currently do in India, and wish to continue once you reach Canada.

Keep Popping for more replies, Mr. Poopy.

Do you really work ?
Or sits with your dad @ your departmental store (on rent )
Looks like you had a rough day and came here to remove frustration

Have seen lot of online warriors like you .

Go do the dishes n sleep on time ... Tomorrow again you have to open your store by 7am or else papa won't give you pocket money .

OK. New occupation = new NOC. But you said, your job remains same. So same NOC. So no need to update VO. Still if you want to update, go ahead - no harm in doing so.

Use the link https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=new%20delhi&_ga=1.261201732.899793830.1410419936 and also upload scan copy of promotion letter.

BTW, congratulation for your promotion.

Thank You for your response.
I was not sure what to do as e-mail received says below:

If additional documents are required, you will be provided an address to forward required documents. Please inform the visa office of any changes in your application (e.g. birth or adoption of a child, marriage or common-law relationship, new occupation or employer, submission of an Arranged Employment Opinion approved by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, change of address, change of e-mail address, change of immigration representative, etc). Please include a letter identifying what the changes are and any relevant supporting documents. If your documents are not in English or French, send a notarized (certified) translation with a copy of the originals.

Thank You

My brother completed 35 years in August, he will be awarded 12 or 11 points?

I mean do he have to complete 36 in August 2015, to be awarded 11 points?

He is not 36 and will be treated as 35. So point 12.

Hi,
Got PER, Thanks to all..
Application filed: 30 June 2014
CC charged: 15 Oct 2014
PER: 27 Oct 2014..
Please update SS..

Seniors,
I am observing that people are getting PCC requests, for countries where they stayed less than 6 months.. What is the reason for this ???

Congrats and +1 to you !!

PCC is required for stay in a country more than 6 months at a stretch. (other than Canada)
If anyone is providing for stay less than 6 months, it is his/her choice. Not mandated by CIC.

PER Date: 29-Aug-2014
Second line update: 24-October 2014

I have updated NDVO through Consultant regarding my latest travel to Germany in September and October 2014 + promotion in my current organisation+ Change of contact details of my supervisor in my current organisation

Hoping for MR and other requests ASAP :)

Congrats and +1 to you !!

Thanks canol, for the valuable information. this relaxed me. Tommorow i will be ready with my reference letter.
1) actually one of my friend told me that, reference letter from a single person for two companies will not work.
so second company reference letter should be signed by colleague and third company reference letter should be signed by the current manager as company is not providing reference letter.
2) Also he told me to get two reference letter for each company.
3) apart from the two reference letter also he told me to get the affidavit stating self assigned jobs and duties for each company and mentioned there that the second company is closed now on the affidavit.

please suggest should i go for multiple reference letter or only one reference letter is sufficient for each company.
what i got from forum is one reference letter on company letter head is preferred, if not then provide manager or senior colleague reference letter on a plain paper along with his visiting card.
and self attested job and duties on an affidavit is of no use. please suggest. your comments are valuable.. for me.
