Why benefits are identical for all the organisations you work?
Thanks century brother, for your valuable input, without all of your inputs i feel that i am missing something and i am going to lose.
that is a good observation, century. as why both organisations have identical benefits.
Actually my second company was acquired by company name e.g. hartej. so they changed the benefits and added more benefits as per their rules.
Now hartej had earlier one more company in india by name indiahartej. So they want to close our second company and told the employees to resign from our second company and join indiahartej, so that it will be easy for them to manage and cost wise it was more effective. so me and my manager and one more colleague resign from our second company and joined india hartej. this is how i have the same manager in both companies second one and india hartej (my current third company) and both second and third company (indiahartej) has identical benefits as both are companies of company hartej.
Hope now you can provide more suggestions.

Hello Seniors,

I worked for 2 companies and 3rd company i am working.
1) for first company, i am getting reference letter on the letter head so no problem.
Does, I have to take reference letter from my colleauge also from the first company apart from the Reference letter on the 1st company Letter Head.Your supervisor/HR is good enough. If they are not ready to sign, then go for colleague. Letter head is always preferred
2) Second Company is closed now, all employess resigned from this company and on papers might be this company exist. officially it is closed.
I worked at two designations in second company. I am getting reference letter from the Manager of second company and attaching his old visiting card which is having mobile number and company address and email id which is not used now. Should I attach his outdated visiting card. the manager also resigned from second company. the format of the reference letter is as follows -

Also add a cover letter and do mention it is closed and no letter head available.
