Really?

You all think it is impolite? Do you not see the rest of the post? the emoticons? the ambiguity in his post?

Do You all actually want me to consider your advice? While I am aware that I didn't mean to offend, it was brotherly fun...

Woah... Not me. Thanks.

Dude,

Shed your arrogance. Watch out you when you talk to people. Fun or no fun, you have no right to use derogatory words against any one here. Jaxon has not said anything which would warrant such a word from you. You are very new to forum and have hardly contributed to any one. Now, stop your banter and do some useful work which will help others.

You above post in reply to one the most respected person on the forum. Be cautious when you talk to seniors.

Never mind dude.... I am happy of I could learn so much from this forum and could contribute very little to help someone.

Thanks to this forum and to all it's members

One more thing Someone gave me another -1 today... lol :P

Dont worry about -1s. We cant impress every one in life. Just go ahead with the wonderful work you are doing. There are more +1s than -1s you collected to date. That's important.

Vishal,
I will tell the same thing to Jaxon also. Pls maintain peace on the forum. The moderators, and few other senior members have worked really hard to keep the group going in a nice way. Pls keep this peaceful.

Any PPR so far from NDVO ?? No update in SS.

+1 to you for suggesting to update SS. These days it become difficult to get into SS mode for updating by admin.

Yes it is really important for all of us to understand(requested earlier also) that we all (whosoever reading this) owe this much to this forum in lieu of the help, support and motivation we get from this forum

Thanks and + 1 to you too

For those, who haven't followed full conversation, it goes as follow:

Well, that's good to know. In that case, I wish London VO is one of the slowest processing VOs! It'd be great to have PR after 2 years, allowing me time to get UK PR and then chose whether to live in Canada or not!

rehoboth14 said:
;D Not sure other LVO applicants will agree with you. besides you do not have to emigrate to Canada immediately you get your PR, you can land first and come back to the UK to get your resident permit.
I want LVO to move with the speed of light.

Jaxon911 said:
Of course I can understand that everyone's got different circumstances. I prefer something which is due to my current situation. Others in here who already have PR/Citizenship or are no interested in UK PR would of course prefer to have their visa as fast as possible. However, I'll delay processing of my PR app by submitting all documents in the last week of deadline ie. if they ask for PCC within 45 days, I'll prolly submit it after 36 days so that it reaches there in time but not too early!

rehoboth14 said:
+1 for the attitude. I totally understand the thought process and I pray it works out for you! its a matter of being at the right place at the right time. Sometimes people think my husband and I are crazy when we tell them we are hoping to emigrate to Canada.

I do not see why wishing my application own application gets delayed can be so offensive to someone! But I did wanted to make it clear that I wasn't being impolite or intending to hurt anyone. Especially those POLITE people asking me to keep nattering POLITELY.

Dear Century,

I wonder if the SS will have the cap estimates again

Yes, it is in our plan. But it is fairly unpredictable. Cap updated and then still being charged and then no cap update -- Once it will be understood fully, again estimation sheet could be given again.

Re: Settlement Fund- App Recd. 2nd July- PER Pending - ECAS Status - "In Process"

future_canadian said:
Settlement funds are liquid and unencumbered funds. It is not just assets minus liabilities. From your list above, the fixed deposit, your and your wife's savings and the surrender value of LIC qualify as settlement funds. Your and your spouse's provident funds also qualify as settlement funds IF you can withdraw them in cash on demand. Jewelry would not count.

Second, you cannot represent borrowed funds as settlement funds. If you can't show the required settlement funds out of your own money you don't qualify for FSW. If you represented borrowed funds as your own in your original application, you committed the criminal offense of misrepresentation and if the reviewers discover it you will be rejected and banned from Canada for 2 years or longer. It is possible that the local VO will ask you for 6 months or more of bank statements to verify.

according to me father can gift funds . and gifted funds should not be considered as borrowed one seniors please comment
