Yes that is what i am thinking as well. If he has not mentioned my e-mail in the forms will CIC even entertain my e-mail?? Seriously my head is spinning now. I really don't know what to do. What if he is lying about the PER as well. how can i know whether the PER he is going to mail me, without UCI, is even mine. can you guyz please tell me how a PER mail looks like does it have the applicants name on it or just the UCI number???

Mr Hassan, at first place i request you to be calm and composed. Dont take stress, it will effect your health. Remember health is by far the most important thing to take care of. Rest all will follow later. Regarding your case, i suggest you to first read thoroughly all the terms and conditions furnished in contract agreement you signed with your consultant. Look in it wether there is any specific clause which states that you will be provided UCI number and PER mail only after recieving medical request or once you have paid your full fee. My point here is that if you signed a contract with them with any specific clauses like this than you need to adhere to it. You just cant cancel a legal representative just like this. You will waste lot of effort and energy. Kindly try to negotiate as far as you can and get your things done. Any action is recommended only after carefully reading your contract. Dont take any hasty steps and bother yourself further. Thanks and Best of luck.

Hi all,
I am 25th June applicant for NOC 2174 with fee type as DD.
Still I didn't get any update from CIC. Is the cap got filled ? But I can see some person from same NOC 2174 got their PER who applied after June 25th also.
What can be the reason? :'(

Suppose if the cap is filled, when I can get my application back ? will I get file number for the same ?

Going by previous estimates, people from July 1 - Jul 10 should have gotten the DD encashed OR CC charged but seems either our updation. Any update anyone?

The first useful quote i want to post here that My Creditcard has been charged at 4:20 PM Indian Time on 28th Oct for my app received on 8th July, NOC 4011.

PLEASE PLEASE i need help from the SENIORS in this forum....i think i am in a lot of trouble...my ICCRC regulated immigration consultant just told me last night that he has received my PER Mail but when i asked him to send the PER mail, he first said that he wont send it and then when i was adamant he said that he will send the PER Mail but will erase the ECAS or UCI number from it!!! This sounds really strange to me.

Also he was behaving very rudely and told me that i am lucky to have received PER in the first place as my application was a very weak one. And said that he had to personally got to Canada to submit my application and there he convinced the people responsible there to accept my application. He said i had to beg them to overlook your experience issue!!! To let you all know he has made out an issue from my case for absolutely no reason. I have 11 months job experience + paid internship for 10 months in the same job in a Govt office. so in total i have 1 year and 9 months experience which was sufficient for me. But he says he had to beg them to consider my paid internship as legitimate experience!!!! Is that even possible. Can a consultant do that while submitting a clients application!!???

The point is can my consultant do whatever he is doing rite now. He says he will give me UCI number only after my medical request has arrived. Also he will take full payment before that. I was amazed at how rudely he was talking to me. At one point he even said that i will throw your application if you keep on asking me questions, just let me do whatever i am doing and dont ask questions.

Please help me i am almost having a heart attack....what should i do now...can i complain about him. If yes, WHERE?

And if i do lodge a complaint about him will he in any way be able to harm my application or immigration process

Please please please i ask all the senior members to help me out. I need your advises.

Very strange, only seen such situation in movies - However, if your consultant is playing a Villain then let him play so till you get your M.R done, I think paying him in full by that time and getting rid of his services then should suffice, you don't need him afterwards!

Hi All,
23 June applicant, DD encashed on 15th Oct, have not received PER yet. So I called CIC call centre. After waiting for aprox. 15 minutes, there was some one on the other side. She asked me few basic questions to establish my authenticity and then finally gave me the news that my app status is "in process". Also gave me UCI and application no. as well.
Checked on ECAS, said no info found. Then provided my full name instead of family name and the status was visible.
The main page says "In Process" and on clicking this " we received your application on 23rd June" is displayed.

Is this as good as PER?
