You need to handle your consultant very delicately at this point and ask him to send the PER confirmation mail to you ... let him mask the UCI # if he wants. Once you have these details, there are ways by which you can contact your VO, identify yourself with all your details like passport # and any other unique identifiers for yourself, and ask them how could you cancel the Representation, since the representative is trying to play tricks.
