Yes that is what i am thinking as well. If he has not mentioned my e-mail in the forms will CIC even entertain my e-mail?? Seriously my head is spinning now. I really don't know what to do. What if he is lying about the PER as well. how can i know whether the PER he is going to mail me, without UCI, is even mine. can you guyz please tell me how a PER mail looks like does it have the applicants name on it or just the UCI number???

You need to handle your consultant very delicately at this point and ask him to send the PER confirmation mail to you ... let him mask the UCI # if he wants. Once you have these details, there are ways by which you can contact your VO, identify yourself with all your details like passport # and any other unique identifiers for yourself, and ask them how could you cancel the Representation, since the representative is trying to play tricks. Hope things turn out all well for you. As someone suggested it is just a matter of taking control once, and then the agent cannot do anything.

Is checking of documents of 5th Aug applicant start or not?

it must have been done by now but the trouble is you never know whether your application is back untill 30 to 45 days gone
and cic does not reply before 30 days or more..... you only get timely confirmation on CC charging only .....

Another day in my life where I need a lot of Luck... Applied for NOC Category in Aug for 2174.. Got a job in Toronto so sending an update to CIO today if they can consider my existing application under Arranged Employment without LMIA (since I am already in Canada on OWP)...

Thank you so much every body for giving me hope .....I hope me and all of you get whatever we are waiting for..

I have been waiting to apply for FSW since 2011......initially my scores were not complete then FSW was paused in 2012....then last year Nurses were out of the category.....this time suddenly when they opened FSW raised my hopes and I applied with full swing....

I am almost done with my Nursing license/ professional licensing formalities too... which took 2 years already.....thats y now all i want is my FSW to get through.

Please pray for me....i will pray for u all !!!

Mr Hassan, at first place i request you to be calm and composed. Dont take stress, it will effect your health. Remember health is by far the most important thing to take care of. Rest all will follow later. Regarding your case, i suggest you to first read thoroughly all the terms and conditions furnished in contract agreement you signed with your consultant. Look in it wether there is any specific clause which states that you will be provided UCI number and PER mail only after recieving medical request or once you have paid your full fee. My point here is that if you signed a contract with them with any specific clauses like this than you need to adhere to it. You just cant cancel a legal representative just like this. You will waste lot of effort and energy. Kindly try to negotiate as far as you can and get your things done. Any action is recommended only after carefully reading your contract. Dont take any hasty steps and bother yourself further. Thanks and Best of luck.

I have read the contract word by word. No where does it say that i will be provided UCI number or PER Mail after receiving Medical request. Also on the contrary to the fee schedule in the contract he has asked me to pay full payment at the time of Medical request and then he will give the UCI number., where as, in the contract the fee schedule says that i have to pay half the Fee "After Medical Request" and the remaining half "At the Time of Visa"

As I recieved PER and waiting for MR, Can I renew my Son's passport as it has the validty of less than one year? Does it have any effect on MR process? Does any VO mention passport number in MR request?
