Dude in my limited knowledge it is not refusal it was a rejection due to technical problem. So you should mark No for this.

SENIORS PLEASE ADD/CORRECTME IF I AM WRONG

THERE ARE SOME NEW FORMS UPDATED IN OCTOBER ENSURE YOU INCLUDE ALL NEW FORMS

Good luck

Thanks vind... Seniors, Please clarify...

I believe if they have found some thing which is not clear in you form or any doc in your application / not a solid reason of return the application , they will not invest time on your application or send you a clarification query and they move forward .

SENIORS please suggest/ discuss.

Dear Friends,

I received PER on 24/9 ,i am in the process of collecting PCC for myself and my wife.

I just noticed that in imm0008 form under '15 a Previous countries of residence' i have mentioned

1. Malaysia

2. Singapore ( though the period of stay is less than 6 months)

I have already got PCC's for Malaysia . Should i inform NDVO about this now before getting MR,PCC request ?

Please advise

Thanks

I have sent file on 10th Oct , but now i found that I missed spouse additional form . Now problem is that i don't have a additional IELTS TRF (Spouse) to file my case again and moreover British council is not giving copy of trf .

Senior pls suggest...

I have received the following message from Canada Embassy in Paris:

This is an automated message. Please DO NOT RESPOND to this message.

This confirms that your application for permanent residence in Canada has been received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on 2014/06/09.

What does it mean?

We are not sure if our file has reached NDVO but our Consultant has already sent the Acceptance Resignation Letter and Offer Letter to NDVO with a Cover Letter

As per the forum seniors once your file reaches your local VO then inform them that you have changed the company. Let them ask what they need from you. Most probably Offer letter and appointment letters.

I am 14th may applicant...received PER on 27th Aug......still awaiting MR request from NDVO

I had been endeavoring for Australian PR also for last 1.5 years before applying for Canada since the Canada PR window was closed for me at that time....

A week back, with the grace of God, I received my Australian PR Visa grant for me and my family....

Now I have some questions and apprehensions in my mind to ask with this privileged forum members....

1. Should I inform NDVO about the same?....will it impact my application in both situations, if I don't inform them or I do.......

2. Should I wait for the MR request before pursuing my Australian ventures.......

3. Which option would be better for me? Australia or Canada, Considering my area of work, branch Manager with leading life insurance company with 10 years of experience....

Would like to have suggestion on 3rd Question specially from Seniors and those who have an experience of both countries and can throw light on all aspects of life and future prospects in both countries.....Others could also give their kind suggestions, most welcome.

Hi Friends,

Just want share information with you all. I have got a rejection mail from CIC stating for Computer programmer 2174,
they are not accepting applications from diploma course.

I have done 3 yrs BSC computer Science and this is equivalent as diploma course from WES and I got 21 points.

My DD cleared on 22Aug. I am 14 May Applicants.

My Agent inform me that though I qualify , since they are not considering 3 yrs bachelor degree for 2174, my
application is rejected.

I am not sure what should I do in this case. Since my agent is consulting with immigration lawyer.

Thanks

Hey Optimist3,

I am sorry for that stupid question :P I should definitely have googled it before i ask. Thanks once again bro.

No worries buddy. It is requires quite a lengthy explanation, hence good to read from best source.

Processing Times IN MONTHS for applications received on or after June 26, 2010 as mentioned on CIC's website below says London VO takes 27 months to process an application. Is that really how much it takes?

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/skilled-fed.asp

There are even VOs which takes 97 months! That's really really long. While I am in no hurry to go to Canada, it'd be good to know what timeline to expect after receiving PER!
