Need some help.. can anyone tell me the exact process of obtaining PC from London if u apply from middle east. .. I'v been thru the website that goku gave me yesterday but I find it confusing... I'm confused about the total amount I need to pay for the premium process n also in middle east home address n mail address are different on the form there is a requirement of proof of address.. I live in an apartment the water n other bills are addressed to my apartment number, not my name. .. what can be done...thanks

I am 12th June applicant from UAE.

Received PER on 8th Oct 2014.

I sent a query to London Visa Office on Oct 15. I got reply of that query on Oct 24. In their reply they mentioned that my application is not in process with them so i should contact the office where my application was sent (sydney NS office).

What does this mean. as per PER mail for further communication i should contact with my VO.

A similar query was raised earlier.

Anyhow, in your case, your application is probably in transit that is why LVO is not able to trace your application, wait for a couple of weeks, probably by then your application would have reached LVO.

I am 20th May applicant, noc 2173, New Delhi VO.
I received PER on 8th Sept. I am waiting for MR request. In the spreadsheet i see that many 20 May and later applicants have got MR.
How soon can I expect MR. Is this normal or something I should be worried about. Embarrassed

Is there anyone with similar case.

Hi,

I need an advice.

My details are as follows:-
NOC 2171
App date - 30th June
CC Charged - 16th Oct
PER - 27th Oct
NDVO

I currently live in South Africa and will be in India between 16th Dec and 15th Jan 2015 for holidays. As my PER date is 27th Oct based on stats I'm expecting my MR to be close to end of Dec which is fine as I will be in India but when they request for passport I will be back in SA by then. I'm now confused if I should be changing my VO from New Delhi to Pretoria and do my MR from SA or retain it as NDVO?

Any suggestions?

Hello All,

Is PA Changes Company what documents has to sent to NDVO as my Consultant has sent out our Resignation Acceptance Letter and Offer Letter to NDVo with a Cover Letter so are these docs sufficient?

As per the forum seniors once your file reaches your local VO then inform them that you have changed the company. Let them ask what they need from you. Most probably Offer letter and appointment letters.

I had answered the below question regardin gthe PCC from UK in one of the previous post.

Hope it helps:

1) For endorsements of picture I am planning to get it done by Public notary... What is the procedure of endorsement?? like only stamp/seal would suffice?
You can ask your supervisor to do the endorsement, they have to write name and sign on back of the photograph along with his details and signature on the form.

2) For address proof, can I attach two different bank statemnets (PNB and HDFC). Also in PNB its a joint account with my spouse.. Is it acceptable?
Yes bank statement is admissible, please ask the bank to provide the address proof doc on your name only.
3) Also if any one has got UK PCC can please let me know the timelines and exact DD in GBP? I want I copy of certificate as well plus courier service....
ACRO will take roughly around 20 min days with normal International delievery, might be 3/4 days less in Courier service. If you wish to have courier service delivery then the cost will be £45 + £48 = £93, also you won't be able to pay in any mode other than mentioned in the form. (i.e. Acceptable payment methods are UK Sterling Cheque, PostalOrder, Bankers Draft or Bank Transfer.)

I would suggest you to email CIC enquiring about status of your application. However, you will get reply after 30-35 days. You should have mailed them earlier being a may month applicant. Good luck
