Hi can_rn,

May I know when you have filed the app, your colleagues submitted under 3012 didn't made it, what happened to their app. CIC site is showing 189 only got filled. I know the site is not up to date but still. Do you think the CAP got filled under 3012. Waiting for your reply.

Thanks,
Joseph

NOC 3012 is probably not capped yet. We haven't had any CAP updates for two weeks, but that NOC is far from being capped.

The CIC is currently processing applications from the end of June / beginning of July.

If the app didn't pass the completeness check, it may take up to 50 days to get back to you - it depends were it was sent from.

When was your App sent?

Hi folks!

Could you please clarify: if application is rejected, will there be any notification e-mail, or the rejected package will be simply sent back by regular mail without notifying the applicant, so that applicant will know about rejection only when he receives the package back? Still couldn't understand this...

Thank you!

If application is rejected at completeness check then package will sent back to PA without any email notification. Reason of rejection is included in returned application.

In some cases i found applicant also get Negative Eligibility determination email and they will write information about refunds and return your package.

We are 14th May and NDVO and this wait is real test of patience the second line is ECAS is not yet updated with second line it just say we have received your file on 14th May , Guys do we ahve any way to track the development on file or its just a vague thing , any help will be welcome here , people even from 20th MAy has received the Medical requestd from NDVO .

Hi,

I am in the same boat too. 14th May application (NDVO / 2174). Only 1 line in ECAS (We received your application....) and no MR yet. I called my Consultant today and he just advised me to be patient. Also, he suggested me to send the PCC to NDVO.

As per the blog and suggestions by senior members, NDVO would ask for medical, PCC and RPRF fees in a separate email. Is it OK to send PCC individually with a template and filled-in UCI Number before NDVO actually asks for it? Please suggest.

-Gincan

I am pretty much confident that my file was complete except for one PCC.

App reached date was 8th Aug and the NOC is 3233.
How do we know whether app passed the completeness check. Does it means that the app wont get rejected?

I got curious after reading below comments by can_rn

Well, NDVO will ask those anyway so why to send ahead. You might just wait until they ask.
