Dear forumites, please help asap!

My husband and I (we are from Russia) have prepared all the required documents for submission under the current FSWP. BUT! Today I have noticed that the passport of a dependent child is on the checklist. It's strange why we haven't noticed it before...

My husband has a 2-year old child from his previous marriage, but he is not accompanying us to Canada as he stays with his biological mother in Russia.
Is the passport for the child required although he will not go with us to Canada? Is there any option to avoid the necessity to submit this document and not have the whole package returned?

Thank you so much for the fast reply in advance!

No worries
I dint submit passport of my child (5years old) along with application , though paid processing fees and filled all info along with birth certificate

You are safe

Dear Friend My application was received back to me after 5 months, for the reason of non enclosure of the experience certificate.

My employer is not providing the same and more over if provided they will never insert complete above data in letter.

Dear seniors, Please also advice if for any reason i will be able to get the letter then do I need to apply fresh or I can forward the same letter with covering reply to objection raised with previous file documents.

Please advice on urgent basis.

What is your NOC category pls? and what is the exact date?
I do not think any further explanation would improve the situation. I suggest you prepare a fresh application and have your supervisor or even a colleague prepare this experience letter with his contact details included. It should be on the company's letterhead.

Hi,, I am new to the forum but my file has been submitted on 4th June.

I am screwed up with my consultants laziness so wish to throw him out of me case. But he may be aware of the fact that I am willing to exclude him and he may fear of his fees balance with me due to which he may hide my PER email details which is expected by me since last week.

So can I inform CIC regarding this and ask CIC to provide all details to me in future.

Ho wto do this without knowing UCI no?

Please advise.

I am feeling helpless now

You have to submit IMM5476 to CIO for cancellation. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5561E.asp

You have to mention your Full name, DoB, and passport number to match with original application in a cover letter.

Thank you Ashif Bhai. +1 for the very very nice greetings.

Don't understand how SGVO works - I was not expecting anything even before next June.

But I am really expecting for good news from SGVO for you soon. Believe me, I am also feeling pain. May Allah bless you.

Congratulations Century.

At first when I looked into your update I couldn't believe for a moment. Is this SGVO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As I was out of the forum last couple of days I got the news late. Anyways it is good to see SGVO is moving.

Just a small note for Ashif vai: I believe people who help others and wishes good for others will be awarded by Almighty Allah for sure. I wish good news for you very soon Ashif vai. May Allah bless us all.

Gsw,

thank you so much for your prompt reply!
As far as I can see from the table you are a successfull applicant from India! I am so glad for you. Congratulations.

Still, could you describe your situation in a little more detailed way?
Is your child accompanying?
What documents exactly did you submit? As far as I understand, you submitted your child's birth certificate and photographs + paid the fee for him/her?

Manish3532 has submitted all the docs long back so is it advisable for him to check with NDVO that when can they send PPR or its just wait and wait until they send the PPR..

Hi guys,

quick advice , i have got PER and changed my company after the app was sent.

I have all the docs , but i asked my consultant in canada and he said he can upload all the docs to the NDVO website and i need to send it to him , that was a surprise to me , as i am not sure as to that is the correct way , i have trust on my consultant but a double check is always good.

can someone confirm that that indeed is possible for uploading docs with all the changes since app sent on NDVO website ( or portal ) , or do we only need to courier them ??

Thanks century...

My worry starts here that if i send this cancelling form to CIC with all details you mentioned on cover letter, and as I can see my application could have been issued PER to consultant in last week (as per SS) then how will I be following up my futher case,,,,,

I do now even have any UCI or other details ...

Only I know that my file was at CIC on 4th June + DD charged in October 1st week...

The consultant probably meant CSE through which doc could be uploaded https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=new%20delhi&_ga=1.261201732.899793830.1410419936

How much time it takes to sponsor spouse. Also if spouse is already in canada on study visa in that case???

Hi All,

I might be jumping the gun here, but just out of curiosity.
What is the timeline to enter Canada after PR visa is issued ? and do we have to stay there for a minimum amount of time ?
eg: Can I just go there and come back in a week and get the PR card ?

Regards
Arjun Singh
