Hi All

My current job title is Software engineer 2
My main work is related to database NOC 2172
I can get work experience letter which contains main duties related to databases.

Will this be any issue for applying in NOC 2172

I also have same opinion that nothing to worry abt, in most probability they will not even notice it. Even, i they do so, only a query will be raised, which will waste precious time. Who knows if Visa Officer is also interested in growing his height and want to know the trick. Therefore, just take pro-active stance and explain.

But in any case, 101% it won't be an issue.

If i have no kids and neither i am appointing any paid/unpaid representative, do i need to fill or attach a copy of form IMM0008DEPENU, IMM 5476E & IMM 5604E.

'Form IMM 5409E - which is for Declaration of common-Law Union' this is applicable to him?

I think according to your approach and conclusion you may also suggest that London VO will also not accept online RPRF, i hope which is incorrect.

So chill, in my opinion any applicant for FSW can pay online.

Regarding London, I think someone previously contacted the visa office and got a reply that it is valid to submit online for RPRF.

Again this is just to ensure we are all 100 percent fine and if someone of us can manage concrete reply from visa office then it will put all this to rest.

They would match your Job duties for Pri NOC Eligibility so job title doesn't affect in a way.
Moreover, all IT related NOC's have some transferable skils so it is understood

I am also looking for info. on this please. I called FBI last friday and they gave standard reply that it will take 12 weeks. so they will take 3 more weeks for my application.

has anyone here gotten result in less than 12 weeks recently?

I am 12th June applicant.

Received PER on 8th Oct 2014.

I sent a query to London Visa Office on Oct 15. I got reply of that query on Oct 24. In their reply they mentioned that my application is not in process with them so i should contact the office where my application was sent (sydney NS office).

What does this mean. as per PER mail for further communication i should contact with my VO.

Let me provide some quick and dirty facts about my application for NOC 2171

• I have shown nearly 13 lacs of Mutual funds which are on my name (60%), my spouse (30%) and my daughter (10%). Again, I have shown only mutual funds as my instrumental investments as part of settlement funds
• I forgot to write data of photo taken on the back side of photos
• Also, mistakenly I have selected 4-5 years of checkbox instead of 3-4 years experience in Generic Form

Eventually, CIC accepted my application and got my PER despite minor mistakes in the last 2 points

I didn't get any news from cic until today.....I m 30 june applicant

I enquired about my DD with bank....they r saying its not enchased..

what is the maximum time cic took to enchash DD and to deliver PER......

sometime is not going good in my case.....

My ECAS shows "We received your application for permanent residence on July 3, 2014."

Does it mean that my DD has been enchased????
