I got an email from CIO with UCI & Applucation number. It is what you called PER, Right?

Senior, would you kindly list full form of all acronyms used here for the ready reference?


Application received date: June 26
CC charged: October 14
PER : October 23 (on Auspicious day of Diwali)
NOC : 1123

addendum reached this tuesday morning. Have informed them about the same over email(date and time of courier delivery) ... my turn about 10 days away .... so hopefully they will add it to the application ...

I am originally June 16 Applicant ,My agent in canada got my package on 4 oct,
They ask me give updated DD .... Also updated passport ... Coz my passport gonna expire on 10.10.2014...
So plz tell me is validity of my passport is reason behind the return of package or DD....
I reapplied 3 days ago ...with renewed passport and DD...

I believe you can ask you agent the reason CIC informed for returning your application, right? Just to make sure. And please, share the reasons with us here..

I am applying under NOC 2171 and it has been very quiet for sometime now???

It takes minimum 3 months but time varies case to case. Can be more thn 3.

I have already made this the same way - via Case Specific Enquiry. And that was their answer.
My son was born yesterday - 4140 g weight and 58 cm height...
It will take some time to get the necessary documents, thus I'm satisfied that they adviced me to wait for a list of required docs...
