And...
I've received the following letter TODAY at 12:54:

File number: XXXXXXXXXX
Name: XXXXXXXX, XXXXXXXX

Dear Sir,

Your file has been recently forwarded to KYIV office for further processing
We’ll let you know what kind of documents to submit in order to include your new-born child once an assessment has been made by our adjudicating visa officer.
Please keep patience and await further email communication from our office in the near future.

Why has CPC-Ottawa gone into hibernation mode? They have only sent a very few MR/PCC requests this months... any input on this one?

Yes , true!

Seems some of the officer has gone for annual leaves in order to complete all of the leaves within this year.....

I have already made this the same way - via Case Specific Enquiry. And that was their answer.
My son was born yesterday - 4140 g weight and 58 cm height...
It will take some time to get the necessary documents, thus I'm satisfied that they adviced me to wait for a list of required docs...

09-12-14 CC/DD Encashment
24-12-14 PER
10-02-15 MR, RPRF & PCC
18-03-15 PPR
23-05-15 Visa

What does PER means and how do i view or use spreadsheet new to the site
