URGENT HELP NEEDED FORUMITES!!!!!!

One of my friend is caught up in a difficult situation:

The experience letter which he provided had compnay's Webiste URL, email address, telephone and fax numbers,

He has received PER in Sep (London Visa office applicant), Now the problem is that telephone and fax lines are not available because the company has shifted to a premises which is blacklisted due to non-payment of Phone bills by the previous tenant.

And to make matters worse, the company's domain has expired and email address provided in the letter is connected to that website.

However, there is another email address which belongs to the owner which the company is presently using.

By the way, the company genuinely exists, but since its sort of a factory environment so the management does not really pay attention to keeping their website active all the time. Now my friend fears that just in case, VO decides to verify his employment, how will he explain this scenario.

Please suggest a way out of this. Thanks in advance. (He is from Pakistan and i have rarely heard of employment verification through personal visits of phone calls for Pakistan)

This is a common case.....Before taking any decision, VO will ask the applicant regarding his employment....They may ask for new employment letter/contact..

So just tell him not to worry much....

This is not normal @ CIC. This week has turned out to be terrible. May be they have been assigned with some other task or staff is on vacation at the same time.

Hi Guys,

I have made a mistake in fee payment form. I left the field "Address of payer" blank. I am the principal applicant and my husband is the payer. We stay together. Is it a major mistake to reject the application. My payment mode is CC.

Is address is mandatory to swipe the card?

Should I send the fee payment form alone now?

Will they consider it and include in the app: package?

Pls help...I am in trouble...Can u pls provide the fax number of CIC also.

Guys One Urgent help. I will be sending my RPRF, PCC and medical acknowledgement tomorrow.

I saw 1 or 2 forum member saying we need to send the copy of passport along with these documents. it it true?

from the letter that i have received (MRR), they have asked me only for
1. Medical
2. PCC (from Sweden, I have submitted from India along with application)
3. RPRF

Do I need to send any other documents apart from this. (of-course, the covering letter will be sent)

Please help!!!

Nope buddy, these are enough....Either those applicants have requested for their PP copy....So dont compare with them....

I agree. We have seen only a handful of applications getting charged. May be there are some Indian staff working at CIO who have taken a week off for Diwali

DD charged: 14-10-2014.
PER received:23-10-2014.

If the notary public certifies my spanish copies as true copies, can notary public write "I certify this is a true copy of the original" in english even though document is in spanish or does it have to be in spanish and included in english translations in english?

I think that they are concentrated on 2174, because for 1 day update so much applications last week. They want to clear that occupation and after that to go ahead with others.

To be on safe side, I can suggest u to send new fee payment form....

Just for ur reference:


U can send the required docs to CIC right now... attach a cover letter stating that the situation ...

State ur name+DOB+PP number+UCI (if any)+NOC code+ Date of rcvd...

Ur Spanish doc need to have a copy which will translate in English.....This is mandatory...Since CIC will read that english copy....

Thanks a lot ashif baai..Do u have the fax number of CIC. I will try to fax them as well. I am a Sep 3 applicant. Any idea, did they do the completeness check for sep applicants??
