How did u make MR without request ??????

You can do it. It called Upfront Medical.

You just have to call Panel Physicians office and tell them that you want to do upfront medical examination, and they will guide you from their.

Guys, please help me. please. I left the visa office blank in my application because I read this guide. Not sure if I understand this right. I'm applying inside Canada..

Question 4 Immigration Office requested for the processing of your application

Indicate the name of the Immigration Office which serves:

•your country of nationality, or
•the country in which you are residing, provided that you have been lawfully admitted to that country for at least one (1) year.
Note: Do not select the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) as the immigration office requested to process your application. Although you may be required to submit your application to the CIO, you must indicate the name of an appropriate visa office using the criteria above.

guys my name oon the credit is different than on the passport (one letter before the other), i filled fee payment form as i'm the principal applicant paying and wrote my name as the main applicant however at the carholder name i wrote it exactly as on the credit card, and i signed same signature like other forms, is this a problem and i should have wrote card holder name as the passport or what, urgent reply please

i got a reply from a member here who said im fine, but i appreciate alot if somebody else also can confrim for me, :-[

Get the payment form ready and wait till your initial application is deliver so that you can include the recipient's name and delivery date in your covering letter .

Hi All,

Just got an email and text message stating that my passport is returned by courier today after Visa Stamping. Hopefuly will receive it tomorrow.

Application received Date is May 29th
PER Received Date is Sep 23rd.

As soon as I get PER, I send the following Docs to CPC-O, without waiting to request from the CPC-O VO.
1) USA PCC
2) Upfront Medical Reports
3) RPRF

Today, I got the status change as follows:

1.We received your application for permanent residence on May 29, 2014.

2.Medical results have been received.


Friends, How long it will takes for PPR?

need your advice

i applied for CES start of Aug. my result is still not out. my category 2172 (Database analysts)

till when do you think i have a chance. say for example, if i receive my result in first week of December and i apply in second week of December - will i still have a chance?

if not, till which week of nov/dec should i be ok to apply?

I know someone who was in a worse situation. His name on his ECA report was slightly different from that in his passport, and he got PER now.

You should get PPR within 2 weeks.
