If they are reluctant to sign it, attach the business card of the person who provided you with it.
Why do you need the slips in the first place? It is not mandatory to submit those.

Because it is better to provide as many as supporting documents you can .. right ?

Recently I emailed them to add a new payment form and they told me to send them either by email or by post. So probably you can send them by email but they do not guarantee that it will be matched with your application - same is case if you send by post.

Email address was CIO - Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic. gc. ca (without spaces)

Their reply was exactly as below

For people aware of the weird twist in my application, my new payment forms courier reached CIC today at 9:45am Sydney time.

I have sent them an email with the scanned copies of my payment forms and courier delivery details ...

I plan to send them a fax tomorrow as well so that they attach the new payment forms to my application.
Could someone share their fax number .... Century/Ashif ?

No need to fax them once you have sent e-mail. There has been an attestation from an applicant who had his/her CC charge during the last minute when he/she sent an updated copy of his/her payment form. Good luck!

I check my ecas and it says "we started processing your application on October 17, 2014". How many days should I wait before they request Medical? thanks

There is no need to write anything on the back. Even if you write your name, it wouldn't do harm either. This is based on lots of online attestations. Good luck!

Basing on the information in this thread along with SS stats, it is unlikely to happen. Prepare a new application and try to apply for a new NOC code parallel to 2174. Good luck!

Quite impossible for me. No other NOC would match my job description. Not even the ones closely related to 2174 (like 2173 for instance)

My job description is 100% connected to interactive media development, in a very specific way. Developing and maintaining an app for iOS/Android for a newspaper in Brazil.

No1 can be sure if it'll be in cap or not. Buuuuuut, there were 187 "spots" left before the fatidic full cap day. And, according to the spreadsheet, only 54 apps/entries for 2174 left to be charged/checked. Meaning less than 29% of the total # of apps left to fill the cap. 133 more "spots" for the rest of the world...

At the estimates tab (now unaccessible) the worst case scenario showed that 40% of all worldwide apps filled to 2174 were in the SS...

I won't lose hope until I get my package back, a second time
