Because it is better to provide as many as supporting documents you can .. right ?Diplomatru said:Hi,
If they are reluctant to sign it, attach the business card of the person who provided you with it.
Why do you need the slips in the first place? It is not mandatory to submit those.
This is good INFORMATION which could help out future applicants! +1!Hi
Recently I emailed them to add a new payment form and they told me to send them either by email or by post. So probably you can send them by email but they do not guarantee that it will be matched with your application - same is case if you send by post.
Email address was CIO - Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic. gc. ca (without spaces)
Their reply was exactly as below
Good Day,
You can submit a new fee payment form (IMM 5620) via this email box, or by mail/courier to the address listed below:

No need to fax them once you have sent e-mail. There has been an attestation from an applicant who had his/her CC charge during the last minute when he/she sent an updated copy of his/her payment form. Good luck!grooby said:Hi Guys ...
For people aware of the weird twist in my application, my new payment forms courier reached CIC today at 9:45am Sydney time.
I have sent them an email with the scanned copies of my payment forms and courier delivery details ...
I plan to send them a fax tomorrow as well so that they attach the new payment forms to my application.
Could someone share their fax number .... Century/Ashif ?

inform ko lang, mukhang mabilis ang mail ngayon kung rejected app. A friend of mine made a mistake of sending a photocopied WES lang, so nasoli ang app (buti nalang hindi hot NOC so she's resending another application). The date on the cover letter from CIC was September 17, she got the package yesterday, so a month lang compare to last year's 3-4 months waiting.
To sum it up, there's this user who attested that her friend forgot original WES and had her file returned.Quote from: ppmom on October 21, 2014, 07:27:57 am
sorry, her application was lodged june 16. The CIC was dated September 17.
There is no need to write anything on the back. Even if you write your name, it wouldn't do harm either. This is based on lots of online attestations. Good luck!qtasneem said:URGENT HELP REQUIRED
Hi Guys,
I received my DD for fee payment. I want to know do i need to write my name along with DOB at the back side. Where shall i write that ?
May the people on CIO read this and make it happen! LoLyukkaeast said:My prediction for NOC 2174: All applicants until September will be in cap
Basing on the information in this thread along with SS stats, it is unlikely to happen. Prepare a new application and try to apply for a new NOC code parallel to 2174. Good luck!adrscuds said:May the people on CIO read this and make it happen! LoL
I'm a september 5th 2174 applicant
Quite impossible for me. No other NOC would match my job description. Not even the ones closely related to 2174 (like 2173 for instance)bosschips said:Basing on the information in this thread along with SS stats, it is unlikely to happen. I owe you a +1 for your optimism and high spirit!adrscuds said:Quite impossible for me. No other NOC would match my job description. Not even the ones closely related to 2174 (like 2173 for instance)
My job description is 100% connected to interactive media development, in a very specific way. Developing and maintaining an app for iOS/Android for a newspaper in Brazil.
No1 can be sure if it'll be in cap or not. Buuuuuut, there were 187 "spots" left before the fatidic full cap day. And, according to the spreadsheet, only 54 apps/entries for 2174 left to be charged/checked. Meaning less than 29% of the total # of apps left to fill the cap. 133 more "spots" for the rest of the world...
At the estimates tab (now unaccessible) the worst case scenario showed that 40% of all worldwide apps filled to 2174 were in the SS...
I won't lose hope until I get my package back, a second time
