Bro that's an account for new comers. Like those people who landed as Immigrant, student, etc. open a new bank account in a bank. They terms that as Hello Canada account.

Thanks for the link bro. So can we open this account while we are in India?? before leaving to Canada?? Can we transfer the money from USA to that account?? Or the transfer has to be done from India only...

You mean you want to lend to someone ?
You can, as long as you can manage to furnish the settlement amount again by the time your PER is recd and when demanded by CIC.
Ideally, these funds should not be touched though, as you never know what happens in future. If you are unable to show required funds when asked for, it can be an issue.
Also if CIC asks you to furnish a bank statement for a certain time duration, then there may be a problem.

Do you really mean borrow? I think you mean you want LEND your money to someone else so that your bank balance will go down? If so, then just remember that you might be asked by your visa office later on to show a 6 month bank statement. It is suggested to have at least the required amount at all times during those months. So having the sufficient amount for one month only might not satisfy your VO. So take this into consideration and act on your own risk.

After getting email from WES that my report evaluation is completed, how can CIC check my status of duplicate report from WES? will WES notify them?

Hi every one..whats the cic address including phone number. Through courier i would like to send my application..

Seniors, my birth certi was not in english hence i translated to english and submitted.

I have submitted:
1. Translated copy (on 20rs stamp paper) with notary stamp, sign and details of registeration etc.
2. Original (non english) notary copy
3. SSC birth certi copy (shows my DOB in words and numbers with my father's name)
4. School leaving certi copy (shows my DOB in words and numbers with my father's name)

is this OK?

I am little afraid if he can adversely do bad in my case already at CIC...
