Hello Experts,

I am sending a self declaration affidavit, a transcript of reference mail from supervisor and HR denial mail transcript for the letter of reference requirement since I am not able to get the duties listed on the company's letter head due to company's policy. Do I need to add some kind of cover letter as well to explain my situation here ? Already in affidavit, I have mentioned that I am not able to get the letter of reference from employer due to company's policy.

In order to show the POF at the Port of Entry I heard we can open a Hello Canada account from India itself with the help of ICICI or SBI bank... Is this true... One more question can funds be transferred from USA to that Canadian Account or is it mandatory to transfer the money from India only......

Please need comments from seniors..... Ashif or Century.....

I would like to ask about my application process my application recieved yesterday with UCI number because I applied before that to FSW 2013 but the application returned to me as incomplete.my question is does the process will take less time than I apply at the first time?
I recived aletter from the first time explained why cic return my application but now I hope I correct all missing and mistakes that appears in my previous application.what do y thing all advice me?

So today I'm officially bowing out of incessantly checking the forum for updates. I'm a June 19th- CC- no news yet applicant. Will check in again if and only if I get the CC charged mail from my bank. It only acts to elevate my daily stress levels. Good luck, all. May you realize your dreams soon.

I am really anxious about cap limit in 2281.

My file is getting delayed due to Birth certificate issue ( though I have the birth certificate , but parents's name there are some spelling mistakes ) , now due to Diwali time in it is getting delayed by govt. agencies in INDIA.

If all fine , my file be in hands of CIC by 15 Nov. only.

Still there would be any chance for me to be in cap limit.

I don't think BC is mandatory. You can attach 10th standard Marks sheet having dob on it along with an affidavit explaining the same.

Was bored and called CIC (I am in Canada and have UCI).

As I suspected, they don't have information on the file until it reaches CPC-O. And then they will likely just tell you same information found on ECAS.

The only way to learn something prior to PER is to contcat CIO by email (45 days wait time). Hope it helps.

Brother don't worry, I m a 9th June applicant and I got my PER on 04th Oct. I called my bank today to just check the status of my dd they said its still not encashed.... so funny right... According to the CIC ppl it was encashed on 25th Sept itself...

So dont worry be relax the banks cannot give yiu the exact status of DD....Just wait for PER email, U will receive it shortly.....Keep ur hopes high....

My case has been received as per courier website status at NOVA SCOTIA -SYDNEY CANADA On 8th Sept 2014 am still waiting for my assessment any idea when will it happen.The category is 2171 and it has reached a cap of 348 as per 3rd Oct 2014.

I am very worried when will it happen?????

for the second one- Nope its not mandatory at all....
