I had applied for 2174.Since this has got capped, I am planning to file new application under DBA. I had sent the original copy of myself and my wife's IELTS with the old application. May anybody in forum please advise how to get the another copy of IELTS report from British Council. Prompt response will be appreciated.

I am very anxious, because they have not even charged me to my credit card. My documents were received on July 9.

I do not sleep these days just thinking about it!

There are only 259 seats in the cap of Financial and Investment Analyst and I'm worried.

They just started to charge July 4-th applicants, so you still have to wait few more days. Good luck

You have to contact IELTS center where you took your exam. Since you've applied for emigration to Canada, you are entitled to a second copy. Sp you have to contact your exam center and ask them which proof of your emigration application they need and other details.

Just be patient...As per SS, they are currently working on the files received in the first week of July.

Your turn will come soon..!! Official cap update (may be in couple of days) will make your position clear...!!

Yohooooo..... received email from CIC, I guess it is PER as they have mentioned all the details including UCI number and following details:

Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on May 1, 2014. However a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as a federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office.

Hey guys,

I got my application returned back stating that i did not provide education degree copy. Though i provided WES copy to them, they were needing my Engineering degree copy.

If i send back the application with degree copy, do you think any hopes for me getting through the CAP.

I applied for 2171. Please help on priority basis.

Hi Kamsy,
When was your application received by CIC?

You need to send them the degree certificate and also the transcripts if possible, together with the ECA assessment.
Re-submit your application with these documents.
