I have received my PER and updated sheet.

I have two questions:
1. How do I get to know when my file is transferred to Local visa office?
2. I have few minor tax dues not paid yet with income tax department. My application has complete details and form16 submitted. So while doing background check do you think this will be a problem. Is it suggested i go ahead and clear these dues?

Please guide.

1. You may not know if your VO doesn't issue AOR. You will come to know only when you get MR. But it really isn't necessary.
2. Tax dues will not be an issue

Hey guys,

I got my application returned back stating that i did not provide education degree copy. Though i provided WES copy to them, they were needing my Engineering degree copy.

If i send back the application with degree copy, do you think any hopes for me getting through the CAP.

I applied for 2171. Please help on priority basis.

I think you may wait for another couple of days and if no further mail received, you may send CSE to NDVO asking if you should consider this request for submitting PCC and MR.

Does anyone know if CAP has been reached for following IT NOCs (based on forum spreadsheet)? I couldn't find any chart giving that information.

2172 - Database analysts and data administrators
2173 Software engineers and designers

I know about CIC official CAP.

On the basis of spreadsheet, it is really difficult to predict, but rest assured, 2172 is super cold NOC and may never fill up. 2173 may fill up for Sept recd applications.

Now this is my view and I may be wrong.

I am getting nervous with each passing day, as July first week applicants are charged now.

What can be the outcome and probability??

I got a mail from delhi office today may be as the next step after PER.

They have asked medical and PCC and rprf in this communication..

Can I now safely assume that they won't ask anymore questions in other areas such as experience proof or proof of funds etc?
