"Your letter of employment must clearly give evidence showing that you have performed the actions described in the lead statement and that you have performed a substantial number of main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of NOC including all the essential duties "

I'm a 3th July applicant. I applied for both 2173 and 2174.... so I'm not sure which one was actually chosen!

Please let us know the Received date for both the NOCs 2173 and 2174.
As after cap filled for 2174 only 3 members are charged which i saw on the forum.
Seniors please correct me if i am wrong century bahi..

This will also help us to know as Cap is counted on the completeness or charged date.

So, the deadline is basically till the end of April, 2015, but the slots are being filled on a first-come-first-serve basis? Also, I am a psychologist but I work as a university lecturer in psychology departments. How can I find out how many application have been filled in that occupation slot? Should I apply under the psychologist occupational slot or the university lecturer occupational slot? My highest degree is a Master's in Psychology (equivalent to Canadian Master's). Thanks for any help.

You can apply to the category that matches most with required documents. Also you can apply both the NOCs in separate applications. Try to apply within December.

Pay through DD else trust them. You can also ask them but it may get them irritated.

I got a mail from delhi office today may be as the next step after PER.

They have asked medical and PCC and rprf in this communication..

Can I now safely assume that they won't ask anymore questions in other areas such as experience proof or proof of funds etc?
Any answer will be greatly appreciated!!

I can recollect my situation when I applied for my PR in 2008... I wish all the best to you guys and hope your dreams will come true very soon.

I am trying to help a friend of mine where in he is gearing up for getting his PCC. During my time there used to be a format on CIC website, as much as I can remember, for initiating PCC and I can't see that link now.

Can anyone briefly suggest the document/s used for initiating the PCC proactively..

another advise i need, the position mentioned in my reference letter is quality control manager i'm applying on manufactruing managers noc, example titles include quality control services manager, shall i write in the schedule E form at the occupation cell, quality control manager as reference letter or quality control services manager as the noc example tittles.

Hi Seniors,

I want to know if there is any problem that if your experience letter is signed by the same person who signed the offer letter as well ??? Since, I'm submitting both the experience letter as well as the Job offer letter ... But the person who hired me is the same person who is signing on the work experience letter , as he is my supervisor as well.

Please advice ...if it is fine or not ...

Though it is not usual but it can certainly happen. As long as it is true, don't worry at all on this. Relax.

Hey, have you sent any additional documents to NDVO ?.

Asking because even I received my MR yesterday which was quiet late as compared to other applicants with same date.
One of the reason which I think of is because I sent few additional documents to NDVO in last week of september.

No Brother i have not sent any additional document to them. what can be done ?? confused ... atleast second line should be updated i think.... but nothing is der after first line...it's been more than 65 days and really very dissapointing..

As you can see, compared to other NOCs, psychologists and university lecturers are moving slowly so you have time. It is first come first served but your NOCs aren't going to fill up and neither will the overall cap.

You need a minimum of one year of full time experience in your primary NOC. If you have a year of full time experience working as an actual psychologist (not lecturer) then you could apply under either or even both (this would require separate applications).
