Is it possible to apply U.S PCC before completing 6 months stay ? (ie 5 Months getting over now )

Our MR & PCC request expected around Nov 15th to 20th.

I Understood it takes 12 weeks /3 Months to get PCC from FBI (As per forum members ). It will be delayed to get.

Pl suggest

I believe you can only have ONE NOC per application, and under such application, can only claim points for experience under that category.

Hello everyone,

Just wondering if we can claim work experience points if we have valid exp under two noc.. Like my main noc is 0111 and my prior experience is under noc 1114... Would I be still awarded points for both or just for experience under NOC 0111?

Please help..

Regards,

True. There are 61 applicants in the spreadsheet with only 2nd line updated and no MR.

So if your ECAS is updated and you haven't received your medical request that means there is a problem with your application? What kind of problem? Or am I misunderstanding?

Right now, for the FBI Clearance Certificate, it takes approximately 1 month from the time they receive the request for them to even start processing it. So, even if you apply today, they won't at your application until a month from now, which covers you for your 6 months.

Sundeep_s: That is incorrect. You can claim points on NOC as long as it is listed NOC 2011 document, even if it is not the NOC category applied for, restriction being A,0 and B category. You are right on the 1 NOC per application though!!

can not downlode / open the Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008]...can any one help me how i get that. And is there any deadline about this program. ?

You mean FSW? It closes April 30, 2015, but depending on your NOC the cap may be reached earlier than that.

If you're having trouble opening the form I suggest the full version of Acrobat, however other posters have offered cheaper solutions, I just don't recall what they were.

NDVO has high volumes so it Tops on all counts :)
But, the fastest this year wuld be ManillaVO, (if we exclude CPO for obvius reasons), they have made a big comeback from last year ! :). Also, Paris VO would be one to look for once it makes a debut. 8)
KINGSTON is anyways cruising fast !!

Lol, a my VO dat! (KINGSTON)

As I understand it, they under new management who apparently not playing as they have been clearing the backlog of apps from as far back as 2011/2012 they had since this year started.

No app has been charged and no PERs have been issued today so far! ;D :D :'(

So it seems CIO guys are still recovering from hangover :'( :-X :-[ they had from last weekend's party! :P :o 8)

As an additional suggestion, :o 8) I think applicants should start adding a paracetamol to their application file in case a CIO employee needs it ;D

Good luck to those waiting! ;D

You're right, didn't think in that perspective. Thanks or correcting. +1 to you. :)
