Guys,

I am in a small problem, I am about to get a reference letter from our manager but the letter head he has is of a JOINT VENTURE. we are working on a project which is executed in joint venture and the contact details at the bottom of the letter head is of the other company and not our company.

Is it okey to have it printed on such letter head??

brother i have searched on the internet at various sites, all of them says under FSWP u cant directly land into quebec! if u want to go to quebec directly then u have to apply under quebec skilled program.

the govt of quebec dont support fswp, they have their own program.

but yes after landing anywhere except quebec and living in canada for some 3 to 6 months, u can move into quebec.

its all govt issues, province of quebec just dont support fswp. its a total french province and they have their own rules and laws.

similarly a person who applied under quebec program, cannot directly land into anywhere else, he/she must land in quebec and then do the same things to move in anyother place.

may be its language issues, like if u know french but dont know english, its not a prob for quebec but if its vice versa then u cant allowed entry into quebec. with just ielts u cant enter into quebec, u must know french. even though both eng and frnch are official languages but this one the imp issues.

u can search on the internet to get to know more about this thing. but for me its not a big issue, let urself land anywhere and after sometime move anywhere. not a big deal.

good luck and all the best.
Man you can land at the airport for transit only or they may give you entry for a couple of days only. you have to live for 3 to 6 months anywhere then you can live at Quebec.

hey Ashif bro pleas guide..!!

hey friends..

jus curious that what other documents NDVO asks to send with medicals.

For the normal requests, they usually ask for landing fee and the Medical with PCC.....Sometimes updated Sche-A form also included....

Oh!! It's interesting case.

Last week me and Ashif bhai almost at the same time received -3 and this week also almost same time got another -3. I can't remember from when this -3 has started.

Seems like someone is very very unhappy with both of us and opened 3 accounts to pound us with -3 every week. ::) ::) ::)

It would be better if that person inform us the reason behind his frustration - we could have rectified ourselves.

come on man......y r u worried about it? u know i havent checked till yet that how many -1 i have received......i just dont care and just dont give a damn about it. so just relax and chill. keep supporting and i appreciate your hard work.

if u r sad.....here goes +1 for u and (ashif bro let it have after karma).

good luck guys.

Bro,

If it is not too suspicious, then this is very rare request from NDVO....:)

And answer to second question please? ANy hopes/ideas / or Estimates.?

Best to wait for the latest CAP update from CIC which is due anytime today/ tomorrow to give a clearer picture. If this update takes the number filled by not more than 50-75, then you will still have a glorious chance :)

Hi All,

Just a bit worried when I heard of NDVO calling people for face to face interviews.

Request you to let me know, when do they ideally call for interviews (before medicals or after medicals)?

Please reply.

I got email from CIC stating I need to submit my Medicals, PCC and FBI Clearance.

it does not mention any US state level PCC, even if it is not mentioned do I still need to submit the PCC of those two US states I had resided.

I am getting my FBI Clearance by next week, but still did not apply for state PCC.
