Hi there,

You are not going to receive any notification of app processing from CIC. Your very first notification would be your CC/DD charging which will be typically within 100-120 days after you app receipt date at CIC. Your next notification will be the PER email a few days after your CC/DD charging

Its just that i saw some one's post in the forum, who has submitted the application on Sept 02, same date as of mine submission, saying that he has received an email from cic that they have started processing his application....so i was wondering if i will receive that kind of notification as well.

Hi,

Congratz, I believe you were in processing stage (Second line updated from 13th October). So please do share, if they did any verification at this stage. Theoretically all verification must do before second line update. Just of curiosity, I can see so many applicant still waiting for MR call after second line update.
