Can someone please let me know about how long it takes to get Indian PCC for an NRI.. I am thinking to contact the SFO embassy and would like to know the approx. time window it takes to get the PCC..

Is it true if ECAS gets updated without getting e-mail for MR, application gets delayed or has some problem in it?

True. There are 61 applicants in the spreadsheet with only 2nd line updated and no MR.

How do I give u +1?
It is however my personal opinion to avoid thr x ray if possible at this stage as esp the first trimester is the most sensitive phase. All doctors say that if an x ray can b avoided it would b best as there is a very high risk for birth defects.

Hi,

Please need your suggestions, its urgent. My application (NOC:2171) which was received by CIC on 7th july was returned back today. The reason for rejection is that a signature was missed in the fee related form IMM5620. Can I resend the same application back with the IMM5620 signed?? Or do I need to take a new bank balance certificate and new reference letter with the job details?? One more question, is it advisable to apply for another different NOC now? or should I go ahead and apply with the same 2171 NOC? I am expecting my new application would reach cic by end of this month.

Hi, I'm 7 May applicant, there is no progress for my case after PER in Aug. There were many New Delhi cases got updated in the list, for others, seems there is not much progress.

Anyone can advise what actually the local visa office is doing after the PER stage, why it takes so long to the next step ?

I am 9 th july applicant after reading the post carefully i think i should wait till end of this month as he is doing, to know the fate of my application.....

although i sent email to confirm about my application to cic few days back but their reply will come in 30-45 days....

by that time either i my CC would have been charged or my application might be back in my hands.....
