That's right. It stands for Positive eligibility review. The first stage before file gets transfered to local visa office.

I applied in 2010 as restaurant manager I submitted all documents with application and they reply positive. I was ask to submit IELTS after 9 or 10 months which I send upon request. after that my case completely stuck IN PROCESS for year long. when buffalo VO close down they transfer my case to CPP-Ottawa from them I received medical request in Aug 2012 and RPRF requested in March 2013 which I paid with in deadline. after few month when I don't get any reply from them I did CSI and I find out that they don't find any RPRF receipt and other documents regarding proof of income and job verification letter I send all that information and documents again to CPP-Ottawa and few months after they transfer my case to LA visa office within 7 months I get decision made from them. one more thing I have to add is when ever I get email they saying my case is eligible for the category which I applied for and suddenly come out with this decision is shock me. after spending more than 4 year of time they reject me only because of insufficient points.
my question is any way I can re assessment of my case or send inquiry to VO about the decision made your help and guidance is important to resolve my case. thanks again

A good immigration lawyer can help you. Prior to that you may even order a premium CAIPS/GCMS notes to know in detail what happened to your application.

I have a copy of ECA and i can get another copy of TRF
but should i wait my first application to be returned or it's normal to send two application at the same time? is there any conflict?
and can i send it without PCC?

You can send 2 apps at the same time under different noc's. Not an issue

Hi Senior members,

I am 29-May applicant under NOC-2174 from New Delhi, India. My application got rejected & returned to me on 15-Oct due to the reason of missing spouse BC :'( I did send her BC as an addendum however it was not included in my original app.

Since I now have the BC and I wish to apply again, could anyone please suggest if I have the chances of meeting the cap in 2171 (As of 10-Oct its count is 348). My new app will reach CIC by Oct end.

Would appreciate your honest opinion about the cap estimates for 2171.

I'm not understanding this... I'm not getting the point how London visa office is working... a 16 may applicant got PER n me n other 8th may applicant r waiting for more than 2 months... is there any way we can contact LEO. . I'm feeling worried and slightly upset...

It might have to do with background checking for specific countries...

Newbie in this forum... Sad that it's already late when I discovered this forum... anyway, hopefully someone can help me out on my concerns....

I applied under NOC 1111 (Financial Auditors & Accountants) last May 29, 2014. Due to busy schedule as an Accountant, I hired a consultant. Obviously I know that nothing beats "DIY" work on your own application and after reading the posts from the forums.

However, until now my DD has not been charged yet as of September 15, 2014. By the way, my bank is very helpful in updating me if my DD has been charged. Hopefully by next week they will have a result on my DD as of September 30 or later date.

Also, I already emailed CIC several times and the reply may take at least another 30 days. I even tried the CAIPS immigration File check but I will get the results by November.

What makes me skeptical on my consultant is that I was informed that all of their submitted FSW applications have no UCI yet. Obviously, when I checked this forum, there's a trending of PERs.

Question: I want to do DIY on my application, I'm planning to re-submit before December 31 (it's another shot to take but better try), how can I get a duplicate copy of my TRF (IELTS)? They don't issue another one unless you apply to the likes of CIC, but what documentary proof should I present to them? I also read a posts that an attested copy will do and just tell CIC that I already sent the original IELTS earler? Is it ok to re-submit while waiting for the first one?

UCI is the actual name for file no. and it is communicated through per mail.
Per = positive eligibility review.
UCI = universal / unique client identifier
