There's no blame game here.
The point wasn't really about the content of the query, it was about some fun part that was stated along with a sorry!

Where is the question of fixing commitments - paid/unpaid - on fellow forumites? Where was that stated or atleast implied? Lets see an orange as an orange and nothing beyond.

Ananjay was congratulating for the PER. Whats wrong with that ?
Its true that Mittarpyara had some other concerns on VO, but irrespective of that, go and ask mittarpyara if he is happy or sad. he will definitely be happy as at least he has got his PER. VO change can be requested later. And Ananjay is not a paid consultant that he has to answer each and every query.

Pls lets not comment on others unless they are providing wrong info. Not giving -1 as you have not said anything derogatory.

If they send AOR, reply back with petition for file transfer. However, they may decide to process the app themselves.

Yes, you can. But you need to start from scratch with original ECA and TRF.

I have a copy of ECA and i can get another copy of TRF
but should i wait my first application to be returned or it's normal to send two application at the same time? is there any conflict?
and can i send it without PCC?

Dear Forum member who are CPC-Ottawa applicant

I am trying to figure out why this local visa office stopped issues MR for applicants and I think FBI records delays is the the main reason. Because most MR gives 60 days and this visa office does not want to get in a situation where it cannot simply extend this period of time( 60 days) for ALL their applicants who cannot held accountable for this delay. SO, the better solution is hold off MR for now until FBI fix their system. This my thought of our sucks situation with CPC-Ottawa.
