Thank you friend..So will it make any issue to re-apply for only NOC 2281? especially I got an UCI and I'm worried if they can reject the application since I changed the NOC I'm applying for.

+1 for your prompt support.

You are welcome. They cannot reject on this basis as long as you meet the criteria of the program. If I had two eligible NOC, I would apply with two packages to double the chances. After PER you will withdraw the other application.

Wish you all the best friend, 0013 is a very cool NOC but a hard one though. If you have the chance to apply for another backup NOC I think it will increase your chances. In the SS many 0013 applicants are stuck since beginning of May.

+1 for sharing your updates.

Why is that? Is it hard to get the Referral Letter validated?

I could go 2173 or 2174 but those are already filled...

Dear Century and ashif_eee,

I just realized that Moscow VO is no more. I think it should be removed from the SS. All of the applications under it's jurisdiction are routed to Warsaw this year.

First of all apologies to have left midway..got busy with some work and couldn't respond immediately.

Back to the discussion, yes. you have a valid point..I think they primarily use the checklist only as part of completeness check. And technically if incomplete, yours should not be charged. Since you didn't check any of the two options in arranged employment section OR the checkbox for settlement PoF (Q11 or Q15) in the checklist I guess it was oversight by the officer to have missed @ Checklist level itself. In this situation, you should get PER, and VO can asks for pof at that time. Assuming the unfortunate situation otherwise, you have a strong case to get your charge reversed.
I agree it looks without precedence based on your facts. Please share any update on this.

All the best!

Thanks Dude. Even I wasn't expecting a immediate reply from you.

Yes, your are right, i was also thinking the same. It is 50:50 chances for me. Anyhow if I get the PER I will provide them funds proof immediately, so that they don't reject my application in latter stage. Fingers crossed ::)

will let you know the outcome. Thanks once again.

Thanks, I will do this since there won't be more room for a 3rd chance..

just some more questions:

- if POF has less money than the previously sent one but still covering the min required funds as per cic web site, should I justify why it is changed? What if i changed the bank as well?

- If I'm a self employed, does this make me eligible for NOC 0013 since I'm acting as a CEO of my firm? How to make a ref letter in this case?

Regards,
Ahmed

Honestly I don't have the exact answer, but some forum members were facing this too long wait for this specific NOC. Some seniors were expecting it gets high attention from the CIO officers to ensure the applicant have the required senior management skills and experience. On the positive side there are few forum members who already got PER for this NOC as well.

If you feel confident on the ref letter you use then no worries, you will make it :)

Wish you all the best.

My Consultant Confirmed my file has been received today morning by CIC.

I know I am late.. but its better late than never.

BUT, unless there is some mistake on their end, it won't work.
