I have doubt, I am Aug 22nd applicant. Recently after submitting y application, I moved employer and now I am with another firm. My job scope hasn't changed much, is it mandatory or optional to update CIC about my present status. I don't believe , from the point wise it will make any difference. So thought to get expert opinion.

I have a similar case like you
12 may applicant and receiver PER on 25 aug
but received MR and PCC request last friday so yours will be arriving soon
btw my VO is London so that depends also

but is that happened ny time ie a late CC charge..since july 4th applicants started getting their cc charged...

I see in the forum that a July 3rd applicant is charged??? Is that true??? If that's true I am hopeful that August applications will begin shortly as July has comparatively less applications.

Fingers Crossed as my app was received on Aug 13th.

NOC 2173 will not be capped right Seniors??

The guide states that, in order to give points for work experience, your work experience must be in an occupation listed in Skill Type 0 (managerial occupations), Skill Level A (professional occupations) or B (technical occupations and skilled trades) of the Canadian National Occupational Classification (NOC).

as he didn't provide details of job duties, how can they asses that these experience falls in these categories. it is not by job titles

Based on his post, I think, that applicant did not claimed any points for that job/experience letters....because he says in his post that " two first letter of reference, no duties listed even they were not in my NOC."
