There is a problem, the CIC agent did spelling mistake in my Sir Name. How can I correct it? any suggestion?

I have to disagree with you Century. He said it will "remain open under express..."
Thats means even though EE commences on Jan 1....FSW will remain open.

Dont get confused, both statements are true:

FSWP will remain open in 2015
&
FSWP will stop receiving applications on Dec 31, 2014

What I think helps to clarify how this could be possible:

FSWP will remain open in 2015 (On Jan 1st 2015, the FSWP will be known as Express Entry)
&
FSWP will stop receiving applications on Dec 31, 2014 (Under current format) and Begin accepting applications on Jan 1st (Under Express Entry name)

Not true at all. Completely incorrect.

WES sent me email that your documents are scheduled for completion on 11/12/2014. i don't know whether this means in Dec or Nov though i sent my documents in 26 Sept.

what i can do ?

Relax, I got such mail on August 7,2014 that I will receive report on 09/04/2014, but I received my evaluation report in Nigeria on 14th August,2014 ; just 7 days after the mail.

My husband needs to get reference letter from company that has closed. He is still in contact with owner of restaurant (person that hired him). This reference letter won't have letterhead, what is the best way to make this letter, does anybody have an example? Does it need to be notarized? Original or copy? We need letter to gain more points for experience.

I would like to share my experiance for FSW 2014.
I hired a consultant for this procedure. He put all his efforts to miss this opportunity. But my luck make him looser. And by God grace I got PER on 17th Oct.
It's my suggestion to not to hire any consultant and do everything yourself. This forum is having too much of info to tackle any issue you face in FSW program.

You can take it on plain paper but try to get some more supporting documents like Business Card of the owner, any other document proves his ownership and business closer etc, Your husband's salary slips and whatever possibly available for that employment.

Getting that letter notarized would be a good idea/ if the employer can give it on affidavit would be great.

Seniors please add if something else is needed to be done.

Hmm, this is a tricky case. Haven't heard of anyone paying by DD for WES. Has your friend tried checking with issuing bank if the DD was encashed? If not, then cancel the DD and have your friend pay through CC. Paying by CC would confirm real time payment confirmation for this kind of service.

I too contacted WES over email when I had applied back in June, they usually replied within 3-4 business days. Following is the page I used to contact them:
