Hi All
I have to apply PCC from Gurgaon , India . I visited Passport India site and I need one help here ..
Will I need to submit the application twice for My Wife and I ? or A single application will be sufficient ?
If yes, Does that mean two time the fee of 500/- ?

I did my medicals on 10 Oct 2014. rates are same. There are two hospital which are assigned.

1 Sadhu Vaswani Rs 4100 (Venue Shantiniketan Delhi)

2. Max Hospital Rs 4250.(Panchsheel Enclave)

i also heard that people has many complaints with Max due to mismanagement. Although Sadhu Vaswani is too sufeering from saem. Would suggest Sadhu Vaswani and visit on weekdays. They dont give appointments, first come first served basis they follow. Better when you call. talk to Ms Bindoo, she is a Nurse there and handles Immigration things.

Do they share medical report with us or is it submitted online by Doctor and we only came to know through our UCI login ?

As per the staff, they check Blood (Hemogram, HIV, and VDRL) Urine, Chest x-ray (mainly to diagnose TB) and ophthalmic exam (eye test). They also told me that they check diabetic
I asked the doctor and receptionist about the result but they said it's confidential but if they find any abnormality, then only they can disclose it.

After all these test, they give us the same medical request form with their seal and doctor's signature. They asked me to send it to VO and the report would go from hospital within 3 days

I don't have kids, so no idea. But you can contact and talk to Bindoo, she is humble and response properly.

As you have to get the PCC for both of you hence you need to submit two application (quoting individual passport numbers).

Dear Members,

I have to apply UK PCC. following are my queries -

1) For endorsements of picture I am planning to get it done by Public notary... What is the procedure of endorsement?? like only stamp/seal would suffice?
2) For address proof, can I attach two different bank statemnets (PNB and HDFC). Also in PNB its a joint account with my spouse.. Is it acceptable?
3) Also if any one has got UK PCC can please let me know the timelines and exact DD in GBP? I want I copy of certificate as well plus courier service....

In my case, I took the help of one of my friend who is resident of UK (He knows me since last 7-8 yrs), I sent all the details to him via courier, along with my Photo, asked him to endorse the photo, drop a chq with the amount (fees + courier to his home)

He received the PCC almost in three weeks (UK) and send it across to me via courier....

I think this would be the easiest way, caz
>>International DD would take atleast a week to clear and thus will increase your waiting period for PCC
>>UK first class post would be delivered to UK address on next day of postage, and that friend could courier you in return, here you would have benefit of tracking the courier, so peace of mind...

so if you got any live contact in UK, my advice would be to use it and get ur PCC done....

WES sent me email that your documents are scheduled for completion on 11/12/2014. i don't know whether this means in Dec or Nov though i sent my documents in 26 Sept.

what i can do ?

It seems November instead of December, caz Canada uses Mm/Dd/YYYY pattern....

Indeed it is a long time.... ask for some one who has recently done WES evaluation for the actual time line....

You need to apply for yourself as well as our wife seperately. PSK provides PCC per individual

Couple of things:
- Check if Passport office in Gurgaon allows Walk-In's for PCC
- If yes then fill the PCC form online and pay the amount of INR 500
- For walk-in's you don't need to take appointment just show up based on the time that is mentioned by the PSK
- You need to take the following (for your wife as well as yourself)
- copy of the submitted form + passport copy + proof of PCC (basically the CIC checklist which says you need a PCC) + Letter requesting the RPO of the city to provide you the PCC and the reason for the same

If your current address is the same as the passport address then you can take the documents mentioned above else there may be other doc's that may be required (your need to check with PSK for the same).

The PSK would take you through the normal process and either hand you the PCC the same day or send this over.

Due to extremely high volume for FSWP, credential assessments are now estimated to take 20 business days from the time of receipt and acceptance of all required documents and payment. We are making every effort to complete reports as quickly as possible. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience but thank you for your patience.

When were your complete documents received by WES. Calculate tentatively 22-26 business day after that.
