Dear Members,

I have to apply UK PCC. following are my queries -

1) For endorsements of picture I am planning to get it done by Public notary... What is the procedure of endorsement?? like only stamp/seal would suffice?
2) For address proof, can I attach two different bank statemnets (PNB and HDFC). Also in PNB its a joint account with my spouse.. Is it acceptable?
3) Also if any one has got UK PCC can please let me know the timelines and exact DD in GBP? I want I copy of certificate as well plus courier service....

legally separated would only be considered when you have some judgement in hand, since you haven't filed for divorce then legally separated will not be a right term to use and fill in the form.

It will be better to consult a lawyer/consultant who has handled such immi. cases.

As per last year and current year's trends, can anyone advice me how long it takes to receive MR from London Visa office. As my PER date is 09.09.14 and am still awaiting to hear anything regarding MR from VO.

Second line on ECAS still not updated , it still shows "In process".

Hi Nthakur,

1. Dont bother about notary stamp and seal. Just get i done by your colleague who knows you and also falls under the occupations stated in the list. I have dont i that way and got my PCC
2. They need different types of address I guess. I send gas bill and employer letter. You can see the list and pick any two.
3. I applied in ordinary service and regular post. Got PCC in 2 weeks. Hence, do not recommend courier service for PCC from UK, unless you have money and want to spend it.

You can ask your supervisor to do the endorsement, they have to write name and sign on back of the photograph along with his details and signature on the form.

Yes bank statement is admissible, please ask the bank to provide the address proof doc on your name only.

ACRO will take roughly around 20 min days with normal International delievery, might be 3/4 days less in Courier service. If you wish to have courier service delivery then the cost will be £45 + £48 = £93, also you won't be able to pay in any mode other than mentioned in the form. (i.e. Acceptable payment methods are UK Sterling Cheque, PostalOrder, Bankers Draft or Bank Transfer.)

The problem is that I will not get PER directly, but my consultant will receive it. Feel so helpless! Called the consultant today and they said there is nothing!! Almost tempted to hack their email accounts

Friend, they mean 12 /Nov. but dont worry you will get it much faster . I got it atleast 3 weeks earlier than the date they promised.
